They are happy to cater breakfast/brunch, buffet, cocktail reception, lunch, family style, tastings, and stations. Entree choices include either one meat with choice of two sides or two meats with choice of two sides. Meats include grilled chicken breast, signature beef roast, herb baked quarter chicken, rosemary pork loin, chicken cordon bleu, lasagna, chicken tenders, teriyaki chicken, or chicken pie. Choose from a variety of sides including baked potato, succotash, mashed potato, cubed potato, green beans, caesar salad, vegetable medley, bean medley, garden salad, pasta salad, corn on the cob, or French beans.
