We relied on CHRG for our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, wine and beer options, two specialty cocktails, and post-wedding brunch. They exceled at every opportunity, and we were elated by how everything turned out! It would be hard to choose a favorite item, and when we asked our guests, they raved about a wide range of different aspects of our reception dinner. (We take the fact that no singular dish received all the praise as a great sign of the overall
deliciousness of the buffet-style meal!) Lindsay and her team were so easy to work with, and flexible when we changed our approach after postponing the wedding due to Covid. She let us fine tune both of the specialty cocktail
recipes so they’d represent each of our tastes, and our guests loved them — we ran out of both! The cocktails and comfort food we chose were our personal favorites, but we have every confidence in the quality of any dish CHRG would put forward. Lindsay’s team made everything look effortless, and they pulled off everything seamlessly. She and her team were unfailingly positive, and it honestly felt like they were there to celebrate with us.
