We bring a one-of-a-kind, French croissant bar to weddings and premium events across the Raleigh area: artisanal pastry meets interactive, bespoke service at the highest level.
At the heart of the experience is our signature pop-up cart: a beautiful dark green station dressed in eucalyptus and warm string lights, designed to feel like an extension of your event rather than a vendor setup. Each guest is personally served a freshly filled croissant using our custom injectors (developed in collaboration with a Meilleur Boulanger de France), then invited to finish it with a curated selection of gourmet toppings. The result is something rare: a dessert experience that is at once elegant, participatory, and deeply personal.
Pauline Stice, a French entrepreneur with roots in international business, commercial aviation, and a hands-on artisan bakery, founded La Petite Boulange. That background shapes everything — from the precision of our service to the intentionality of every detail on the cart.
