I was referred to Adrienne through an MBA alumni networking event. I felt both hesitant and lost on hiring a planner. I had heard stories about planners being unreliable and disorganized for a hefty price. I am a type A bride that booked all the big stuff and initially wanted to manage things on my own. But ultimately work became too much to balance with planning and I needed help to put everything together and achieve my vision. I vetted a few other options none of which put me at ease like Adrienne. From our kick off call she was enthusiastic, organized, and understood what I wanted from a planner and for my wedding, which was sort of unusual given I had already chosen and booked several vendors. We worked together over a quarter to iron out all the details and get to the look and feel that came to life BEAUTIFULLY the day of. She was super on top of vendor communication and ultimately saved the wedding day when a disaster came to a head. Our wedding transport was contingent on two trolleys escorting guests between several locations. Within a week of our wedding, one of our booked trolleys exploded. Adrienne miraculously through her contacts and connections found a replacement trolley during peak wedding season. Everyone involved in the wedding, whether a vendor or bridal party member, loved her and commented on how great her energy was. She's a true professional. If you're having a wedding in the tri-state area, particularly Westchester County, you're making the wrong choice if you're not working with her ;)

There are too many positive things to say about Adrienne to fit into this review. She is exactly what you could hope for in a wedding planner – organized, resourceful, thoughtful, unflappable, and insanely fun to be around. As far as the nuts and bolts go, she had every single thing done and organized ahead of schedule. The day went perfectly smoothly (I am not exaggerating this). One guest had a reaction to a bug bite and she had antihistamine. Another guest broke her heel, and she whipped out gorilla glue and repaired it. Beyond that though, she is an absolute dream to work with. She is kind, caring, and generous. It’s obvious to anyone who meets her that she loves and takes deep pride in her work.

I'm going to need to keep this short because I could speak about Adrienne for days. My god is she wonderful. From the moment I started working with her I felt so at ease. I was severely stressing wedding planning but she swooped in and completely changed the experience for me. I immediately felt lighter, way more positive, and excited for the day!! She took over and all my stress/worries went away. I am not kidding. She is a literal magical fairy. Adrienne is extremely organized, thorough, detailed-oriented, proactive, supportive, EVERYTHING. Adrienne is EVERYTHING and more. She became my therapist, my life coach. Working with her was an absolute dream and we wouldn't have had the wedding we did without her. I have to say, my wedding was pretty damn perfect. And that was because of Adrienne. She made the whole weekend absolutely perfect. All my friends and family adored her too and said she was the coolest wedding planner they've encountered. Some of my engaged friends are immediately hiring her after my wedding. She is a gem of a human - truly a fabulous soul. There is no one better than Ruffles & Tweed all around. From impeccable work ethic to such a lovely, calming, wonderful support, we couldn't have functioned without Adrienne. We are so so so blessed to have found her and worked with Adrienne!!!!!! Will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did

Adrienne is the best! She is very sweet, kind & professional. I loved working with her. Our venue recommended her and I'm so glad they did! Everything was already planned leading up to the wedding, so I was not stressed out at all and the day of our wedding I was so calm because I knew we had a team there to help coordinate and make sure everything went according to plan.
I did partial planning because I needed help finding some vendors and I was stressed out and I didn't want to deal with the stress. She also helped me plan our day after lunch and found us a perfect venue! I highly recommend using her services!

Adrienne is an absolute lifesaver and so talented, not to mention the sweetest person to work with! She jumped in and helped my husband and I with our big day only a few months prior to our wedding date with no hesitation. She went above and beyond both the day of and prior to, traveling to our rehearsal and constantly checking in to make sure we were set for our big day. She even jumped in and sewed a bridesmaids ripped dress minutes before the ceremony! I am so grateful we found Ruffles and Tweed and recommend them to every future couple!

We really can’t say enough great things about Adrienne. From our first phone call, Adrienne was so calm and collected and really listened to what our wedding vision was. I tend to be on the anxious side of the spectrum and it was GREAT to partner with Adrienne - she kept me calm throughout the planning process and had a great, upbeat attitude the entire time. She had great suggestions on where to save and where to splurge and put us in touch with vendors that fit our criteria (the stationery vendor was especially amazing! I love paper products and adrienne knew just the right person to create the invitations of our dreams). She also did a great job at listening to both me and my fiancée and was able to come up with creative suggestions when our opinions differed. Our venue was entirely off premise and required lots of coordination with multiple vendors - Adrienne handled all of this seamlessly and advocated for us the entire time. We got married in the Hamptons but were planning remotely, and she was always willing to hop in the car to meet locally with vendors on our behalf.

The day of was truly amazing. I did not worry about ANYTHING and everything was just magically where it was supposed to be. The property manager of our venue said I was the calmest bride she’d ever seen and that is without a doubt because Adrienne was handling literally every aspect of our wedding that could stress me out, down to the last tiny detail. We ended up asking her to help us with our welcome dinner too, and thank goodness we did, because it just let me relax and enjoy the whole event (similar to our wedding, everything was just flawless - each piece was in its place, no fussing or stressing on my end!). Adrienne is not only great at her job, but she’s a great person too - kind, caring, honest, and thoughtful. I couldn’t imagine partnering with a better planner! THANK YOU Adrienne for all your efforts to make our special day so perfect!! It’s been almost a year since we got married and friends are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was

It was a great pleasure working with Adrienne for my wedding. I had Adrienne as my day coordinator. However, Adrienne was able to answer a lot of my questions along the way during my planning process. There was a lot of last minute changes with the guests, seating arrangements, and timeline. Adrienne handled those changes perfectly and it was such a seamless experience on my wedding day. All I had to do was enjoying my big day without worry about the vendors.
