We are so happy we picked Asher to photograph our wedding. Going in to selecting a wedding photographer we knew we wanted a someone who focused on utilizing natural light, was well-organized, clearly communicated, and could give us guidance on how to act / pose for photos. Asher delivered on all of our requirements and more. She brings a wonderful professionalism combined with a positive energy to the photo shoot. The package we purchased include a one hour engagement shoot, which was also a great experience and allowed us to work with Asher for the first time and for her to get to know us, our relationship and how we interact to make sure that came through in our photos. Leading up to the day of the wedding, Asher held multiple calls with us to align on what we wanted, and was quite flexible when we added on a videographer toward the last minute. She also did a great job corralling our family and friends on the day of our wedding to ensure we got all the photos we wanted with those important to us. It was great to work with her.

If I had to recommend a single vendor out of my A++++ vendor team, it would undeniably be Asher. Aside from being incredibly sweet and a fantastic photographer, Asher is detail-oriented, meticulous and organized.

We first met Asher during our engagement shoot in Central Park. Somehow she made two photo-awkward humans feel comfortable in front of a camera. When she delivered the gallery to us our minds were blown! Those photos remain some of my favorite photos ever.

About three months from our wedding date, Asher arranged a call to discuss timeline and details. Since I was planning our wedding by myself, I was dreading creating a wedding day schedule. Asher took the lead and started creating the perfect wedding-day timeline for me.

On our wedding day, Asher and her assistant Colleen arrived early to scope out the lighting and jumped right into flat lays. What they both did for us on our wedding day cannot be put into words. My bridesmaids couldn’t believe the attention to detail they witnessed from both Asher and Colleen. Six days after our wedding, Asher sent over a preview gallery that made every single family member speechless. Again, there are no words to describe these photos so I have attached them to this review. Literally magazine worthy photos! Asher, we are so grateful for you and Colleen. Asher is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She is top tier and an absolute dream to work with. I would recommend her 10 times over. Not only is her talent indisputable and has extraordinary eye for beauty, but she is a professional - consistently organized, timely in response, calm, and a clear communicator. This makes her an incredible business women, reliable, and something you will be very grateful for during a hectic time!
In terms of Asher's work, it speaks for itself. It's elegant, crisp, organic, and effortlessly beautiful. She has a rare ability to take your vision and bring it to life, without looking manufactured. For our wedding, we had editorial inspiration in mind that she executed it flawlessly, and it really showcases her range. We are truly fulfilled by her work and I continue to be impressed every time I look at our wedding photos.

Cannot recommend Asher enough. I was a COVID bride who never got to meet Asher before my wedding and it was as if she was an old friend-- all of my guests commented on how fabulous she was (we only had 35 people so they got to know her pretty well). Her energy is just everything you want on your wedding day and made me and my husband feel so relaxed and comfortable. Asher's way of directing is just so natural and doesn't feel nit-picky and tedious which I have experience being apart of other bridal parties. I loved our photos and couldn't be happier about our decision.

Asher was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had her shoot our engagement photos. We had to reschedule twice and she was so amazing and flexible with us and rescheduling! She captured the most beautiful photos of us. We’re so lucky to have had her capture such a special moment for us. We look forward to working with her again for our wedding!

We could not be happier that we chose Asher to be our wedding photographer!! We knew from her portfolio that she obviously takes beautiful pictures. What truly sets her apart is her amazing personality and ability to put everyone at ease while still capturing the most amazing shots. She was incredibly organized and responsive leading up to our wedding and made sure to keep track of every detail so that we had nothing to worry about on the day. The day of our wedding, Asher and her second shooter (also amazing!!) were so nice and calm and made our day so fun and took away all of the stress!! Asher knew exactly where to go to get all of the best pictures and is constantly making sure that you look your best and the lighting is perfect. But she does all of this so that you still feel like yourself and not just posing for the camera. The pictures turned out even better than we could have imagined and we had such a difficult timing selecting the ones that we wanted for our album because there were SO MANY good ones!! Asher was an absolute pleasure to work with and takes beautiful pictures which truly capture the day. Asher is an incredible photographer and we highly recommend her to any couples looking for a wedding photographer!!

I cannot say enough good things about Asher! She’s a total professional with an eye for detail and lighting and an uncanny ability to make you feel totally at ease in front of the camera even when you’ve never really been in front of one before. Obviously, her photos are gorgeous so all it took was one look and I knew I wanted her to be our wedding photographer, but our first phone call really confirmed it. She’s totally on top of things and works closely with you leading up to the wedding to nail down your day-of timeline and make sure you get all the pictures you want. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that was thanks to Asher’s expertise! Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently – my now husband really wanted to make it to our full cocktail hour which I was a little worried wouldn’t happen since we had multiple locations and a big family to take pictures with but Asher got all our pictures done with time to spare! She was so kind as to send us some pictures before our cocktail hour started which was so nice to have to look at the next day and send to loved ones that couldn’t make it. She even had an iPad with pictures we had just taken set up at our cocktail hour which all our guests raved about! And the best part is she sent us all our pictures in half the time I thought it’d take! We’re going through all the photos now to narrow down which ones we want for our album and I have absolutely no idea how we’re going to choose because they’re all beyond stunning. I highly recommend booking Asher before someone else does! She made our wedding day look and feel like an absolute dream and I know her photos will be on our walls for years and years to come.

I had an AMAZING experience with Asher Gardner Photography. Asher took Anniversary photos for my husband and I while we were on vacation in Kauai and it was so much fun! She was so professional and super creative. She's so adventurous, really creative, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the perfect photo. Towards the end of our session we even got the chance to take photos in the ocean. I was super nervous, but I trusted her vision and she put me at ease and the pictures came out so beautiful. I would definitely recommend her!

For a couple who aren’t typically comfortable in front of a camera, it was amazing how Ash got us smiling, laughing and relaxed during pictures. She definitely knows how to get the perfect shots. Our ceremony was in an urban part of the city (and raining) so she scoped the area around the church and somehow found a small rose garden to take our portraits in. It was just a 20’x20’ area but the pictures she took looked like The Garden of Eden! Unbelievable eye and creativity!

Having Asher photograph our wedding was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She's kind, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and highly talented. When a hurricane shifted all of our plans 4 days before the wedding, Asher remained positive that she could still deliver fantastic photos. And, she did!
