We are so happy we picked Asher to photograph our wedding. Going in to selecting a wedding photographer we knew we wanted a someone who focused on utilizing natural light, was well-organized, clearly communicated, and could give us guidance on how to act / pose for photos. Asher delivered on all of our requirements and more. She brings a wonderful professionalism combined with a positive energy to the photo shoot. The package we purchased include a one hour engagement shoot, which was also a great experience and allowed us to work with Asher for the first time and for her to get to know us, our relationship and how we interact to make sure that came through in our photos. Leading up to the day of the wedding, Asher held multiple calls with us to align on what we wanted, and was quite flexible when we added on a videographer toward the last minute. She also did a great job corralling our family and friends on the day of our wedding to ensure we got all the photos we wanted with those important to us. It was great to work with her. -

Asher was absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had her shoot our engagement photos. We had to reschedule twice and she was so amazing and flexible with us and rescheduling! She captured the most beautiful photos of us. We’re so lucky to have had her capture such a special moment for us. We look forward to working with her again for our wedding! -

Magazine Worthy Photos!
If I had to recommend a single vendor out of my A++++ vendor team, it would undeniably be Asher. Aside from being incredibly sweet and a fantastic photographer, Asher is detail-oriented, meticulous and organized.
We first met Asher during our engagement shoot in Central Park. Somehow she made two photo-awkward humans feel comfortable in front of a camera. When she delivered the gallery to us our minds were blown! Those photos remain some of my favorite photos ever.
About three months from our wedding date, Asher arranged a call to discuss timeline and details. Since I was planning our wedding by myself, I was dreading creating a wedding day schedule. Asher took the lead and started creating the perfect wedding-day timeline for me.
On our wedding day, Asher and her assistant Colleen arrived early to scope out the lighting and jumped right into flat lays. What they both did for us on our wedding day cannot be put into words. My bridesmaids couldn’t believe the attention to detail they witnessed from both Asher and Colleen. Six days after our wedding, Asher sent over a preview gallery that made every single family member speechless. Again, there are no words to describe these photos so I have attached them to this review. Literally magazine worthy photos! Asher, we are so grateful for you and Colleen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Asher is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She is top tier and an absolute dream to work with. I would recommend her 10 times over. Not only is her talent indisputable and has extraordinary eye for beauty, but she is a professional - consistently organized, timely in response, calm, and a clear communicator. This makes her an incredible business women, reliable, and something you will be very grateful for during a hectic time!
In terms of Asher's work, it speaks for itself. It's elegant, crisp, organic, and effortlessly beautiful. She has a rare ability to take your vision and bring it to life, without looking manufactured. For our wedding, we had editorial inspiration in mind that she executed it flawlessly, and it really showcases her range. We are truly fulfilled by her work and I continue to be impressed every time I look at our wedding photos. -

Where do I begin on this review, if I could rate Asher 10 stars I would! Josh and I hired Asher as our wedding photographer, but she also did our engagement shoot. Between the engagement shoot and wedding photos, (roughly 1,500 pictures) one is better than the next. Asher is extremely talented behind the camera. She is able to capture the beauty in the little moments and edit the photo just enough to perfect it. Her photos are natural, and timeless.
Josh, myself my bridesmaids and my family cannot say enough good things about Asher. Besides being a wizard with the camera, Asher is she is warm, caring and personable. My bridesmaids couldn’t say enough good things about Asher and the vibrant personality she brings to the room. She really feels like more than a friend, while still remaining professional.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, (which ended up being 2+ years due to COVID), Asher stood by us, checked in on how we were doing and was compassionate to our situation. Aside from that, she was able to keep the already stressful process light and fun. Asher was also friends with my month of coordinator, so working with them both was like talking to friends. It didn’t feel like work.
Asher truly went above and beyond for Josh and I. From the engagement shoot, to post poning, to knowing the entire shot list I wanted on our wedding day, to crafting our wedding album, Asher nailed it.
It is hard to summarize on paper on how much I value Asher’s work, opinion, and admire her talent. She is one in a million and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture this wild, yet beautiful time in our lives.
If there is one thing to get out of this review… If you are looking for a personable, friendly, photographer who will capture the love in natural, timeless photos, Asher is your photographer and you need to hire her before someone else does! -

I cannot say enough good things about Asher! She’s a total professional with an eye for detail and lighting and an uncanny ability to make you feel totally at ease in front of the camera even when you’ve never really been in front of one before. Obviously, her photos are gorgeous so all it took was one look and I knew I wanted her to be our wedding photographer, but our first phone call really confirmed it. She’s totally on top of things and works closely with you leading up to the wedding to nail down your day-of timeline and make sure you get all the pictures you want. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that was thanks to Asher’s expertise! Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently – my now husband really wanted to make it to our full cocktail hour which I was a little worried wouldn’t happen since we had multiple locations and a big family to take pictures with but Asher got all our pictures done with time to spare! She was so kind as to send us some pictures before our cocktail hour started which was so nice to have to look at the next day and send to loved ones that couldn’t make it. She even had an iPad with pictures we had just taken set up at our cocktail hour which all our guests raved about! And the best part is she sent us all our pictures in half the time I thought it’d take! We’re going through all the photos now to narrow down which ones we want for our album and I have absolutely no idea how we’re going to choose because they’re all beyond stunning. I highly recommend booking Asher before someone else does! She made our wedding day look and feel like an absolute dream and I know her photos will be on our walls for years and years to come. -

We could not be happier that we chose Asher to be our wedding photographer!! We knew from her portfolio that she obviously takes beautiful pictures. What truly sets her apart is her amazing personality and ability to put everyone at ease while still capturing the most amazing shots. She was incredibly organized and responsive leading up to our wedding and made sure to keep track of every detail so that we had nothing to worry about on the day. The day of our wedding, Asher and her second shooter (also amazing!!) were so nice and calm and made our day so fun and took away all of the stress!! Asher knew exactly where to go to get all of the best pictures and is constantly making sure that you look your best and the lighting is perfect. But she does all of this so that you still feel like yourself and not just posing for the camera. The pictures turned out even better than we could have imagined and we had such a difficult timing selecting the ones that we wanted for our album because there were SO MANY good ones!! Asher was an absolute pleasure to work with and takes beautiful pictures which truly capture the day. Asher is an incredible photographer and we highly recommend her to any couples looking for a wedding photographer!! -

Having Asher photograph our wedding was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. She's kind, professional, organized, knowledgeable, and highly talented. When a hurricane shifted all of our plans 4 days before the wedding, Asher remained positive that she could still deliver fantastic photos. And, she did! Her encouragement, confidence, and unwavering dedication to her craft and clients make her a dream to work with. We can't say enough positive things about our entire experience working with Asher. -

I had no idea just how influential the photographer is an orchestrating the big day, and I thank my lucky stars that I ended up with a photographer as professional, detail oriented, and talented as Asher. First, I just fell in love with her style. I'm obsessed with the natural light and bright and airy feel of her photos. She does an amazing job of capturing the little details of the day as well as capturing the candid "in between" moments that in my opinion, are even more beautiful than the staged photos. My husband and I were in constant communication with Asher during the wedding planning process and I found myself turning to Asher for advice and guidance on so many different aspects of the wedding such as how the flowers would photograph, how handle the sometimes complicated nuances of family photos, chatting about the timeline and our goals. She was almost like a mentor through the entire planning process which meant so much to us. By the time our big day came, my husband and I already felt like close friends with her. As a bride, you're actually spending most of your wedding day with the photographer and again, I was so grateful that Asher was as wonderful as she is because I didn't realize just how much time we'd be spending together on the wedding day. The second photographer and assistant Asher brought with her were equally as wonderful. During our first look I was STARVING and her assistant gave me the granola bar out of her purse. So sweet and thoughtful! We also had a few unexpected challenges come up - including a parade that was blocking our entrance to the first look and unpredicted rain. Asher handled these challenges with grace and was never panicked or stressed which also kept my calm. At the end of the night when it came time for her and her staff to leave, my husband and I were sad to say goodbye. Asher is absolutely the full package and you will have no regrets with your decision to work with her!

Kaitlyn Sent on 09/18/2018Hiring Asher was one of the best vendor decisions that we made! She’s extremely sweet, professional, communicative and creative! All along the wedding planning process she was available to answer any questions that we had in a prompt manner. Asher creates a timeline for her couples and it really helps keep the whole wedding day organized and non-chaotic! She’s very personable and my family, as well as my entire bridal party, commented on just how lovely and easy to work with she was! Her photos are simply stunning!!! She displayed some of our photos on an iPad at the bar area during the reception and several guests came up to me in complete awe of her work! I heard numerous times that they were “the most beautiful wedding photos I’ve ever seen!” And it is so true! We just got our entire album back (in only 3 short weeks!!) and every single photo is beautiful. We are SO pleased! I highly recommend Asher and I look forward to hopefully using her someday for a maternity shoot. -

Asher was an incredible photographer to work with. My husband and I were unsure what we wanted to do for engagement and wedding photos but knew we wanted to look candid and real, and she managed to bring our (goofy) selves into truly memorable experiences. We also planned our wedding from afar, and she was the best vendor we dealt with. She was incredibly professional, prompt, and has a wealth of knowledge and recommendations. We couldn’t have been happier with our big day and working with Asher made it that special! Thank you so much! -

I had an AMAZING experience with Asher Gardner Photography. Asher took Anniversary photos for my husband and I while we were on vacation in Kauai and it was so much fun! She was so professional and super creative. She's so adventurous, really creative, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the perfect photo. Towards the end of our session we even got the chance to take photos in the ocean. I was super nervous, but I trusted her vision and she put me at ease and the pictures came out so beautiful. I would definitely recommend her!
