These guys are awesome. They gave us exceptional service and exceptional products. They always responded within a few hours. Definitely consider them.

The price was good as we only requested the raw footage with no editing, so we were happy about that. Although after meeting with them and sigining a contract 5 weeks to the wedding they decided to tell me they were charging travel expenses to come to my wedding. They argued that they didn't know where it was until 5 weeks to the wedding which is not true. After some emails and me sending them back a copy of the contract and emails stating where the wedding was they agreed that they were wrong and did apologise.

The videographer on the day was great we hardly knew he was there, he didn't disrupt the day at all (something we were worried about at first). He was polite and professional.

The coverage was supposed to be put on our portable harddrive that we gave him but when we picked it up they explained that the formatting was wrong and they were going to reformat it but there was some of my husbands files still on it so didnt. Instead we were left with most of the footage on dv tapes. It is understandable that they didnt want to lose my husbands files and it was our fault for not checking that before but they could have contacted us to have let us know and we would have given them the go-ahead to reformat.

I didn't really like the attitude of the man we dealt with (not the videographer) so wouldnt use them again but I would recommend them for price wise and the audio and footage is of good quality)
