Rancho Tres Parselas is a stunning wedding venue located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, near Washington, DC. We are honored to be considered for your special event. Our romantic property sits on 100 private acres in Upper Marlboro, MD, with three dwellings: a large reception venue, a chapel, and a tobacco barn. We offer the buildings to rent separately or as a package.

Our reception venue is climate-controlled for year-round comfort. It is our largest structure, with two on-site facilities and a kitchen area for catering to prepare as needed. We offer a large stage for entertainment, a central dance floor, and plenty of room for tables and chairs. This building has a maximum capacity of 300 people.

The next space we offer is a chapel for an intimate wedding ceremony or any other special ceremony you may desire. This building comfortably holds 200 people.

The last structure we offer is a tobacco barn with large concrete patios on either side for outdoor entertainment and plenty of space for guests to mingle. This open building overlooks our beautiful property and holds up to 300 people.
