We began as VRBO luxury vacation rentals, and we have about 100 five-star reviews over the last 18 months.

The wedding venues are found in the midst of 120 acres of beautiful rolling fields and forest. Privacy and the great outdoors are yours. The homes offer accommodations for up to 20 of your wedding party and these spacious properties let you spread out, while also providing cozy spaces to meet and relax.

You can experience the walking and hiking trails that meander through the property's meadows and trees. The four-acre lake is a peaceful and private retreat with catch-and-release fishing available as an activity.

We are located near quaint and historic Berkeley Springs, WV, just north of Winchester, VA.
