2020 has changed the wedding game! People are having much smaller weddings than previously planned and we want to help your day run smoothly! You may find after reducing your guestlist you don't feel the need to have a day of coordinator present at your small wedding. The Timeline & Vendor Coordination package includes a sit down (or virtual) meeting where we construct your wedding events into a day of timeline and then 2 weeks out we will coordinate with your vendors. We will add their arrival times, any items they may need to do their job (a chair and table for the DJ, cake stand for the cake, etc.), and day of contact info to your timeline. This package is $500.
