My favorite photos show people exactly as they are. Whether it's showing a bride's excitement before she walks down the aisle, or capturing the moment a lead singer belts the high note into a microphone, my goal is to show people at their best. I strive to capture genuine moments every time I pick up my camera. For me, it's what makes photography worth doing.

I graduated Western Washington University in 2008 with a degree in journalism. I first picked up a camera in college, spending several quarters on the school newspaper as photo editor and photographer.

I've lived in the Seattle area my entire life. I currently live in Capitol Hill with my amazingly lovely girlfriend, Emily.
