Janette was very friendly and very easy to get a hold of. The only thing we found was that she didn't provide a lot of direction with the photo's. She relied a lot on us to pick our own poses and hardly ever asked us to move unless it was related with the sun. We did end up with a lot of great pictures though and in the end were very satisfied.
