From start to finish, working with Sascha and Jackie was an absolute dream. We were married in New York and told them we wanted to be married by the Brooklyn Bridge — and they truly took care of every single detail from there.

They arranged a car to pick us up at our hotel, handled the ceremony seamlessly, and captured the most incredible photos we could have ever hoped for. The pictures are beyond amazing. And the flowers? Absolute perfection — exactly what I had envisioned, down to the smallest detail.

To top it all off, we had to change our wedding date five days before the wedding and move it up by four days. Somehow, they rearranged everything without a single hiccup. No stress, no drama — just calm professionalism and total reassurance.

Jackie helped us with all out official paper work meeting us at the courts and taking us through the full process, making it so much easier and removing all of the stress. Her sermon was beautiful she really captured my Husband and I. The whole process was stress free, personal and we felt at ease. she made our day extremely special, and also sent me a copy of out vows so I have them always to cherish. From deciding to elope from the UK to our favourite place NYC, we were a little daunted with thinking about how we would organise a wedding. On an afternoon of googling for ideas, we came across Jackie and Sascha’s page. A quick email to Sascha and a read of the reviews, and we looked no further and so glad we didn’t. From day one Sascha was responsive on email, answering all our questions quickly and giving more information of things we hadn’t thought about. Our plan was to have a city hall clerks office simple ceremony for 2, which then ended up being a change of plan to a Central Park Cop Cot with some family attending also.

Sascha then recommended Jackie’s services to help with everything, we had not planned on hand anyone and arranging everything ourselves, we were so glad we didn’t and had Jackie at hand.

Sascha and Jackie were on hand with ideas, even recommended my mae up lady Lucy Flint (who was also amazing, will do a review for Lucy) change of plans, flexibility all round, and so so helpful.

We decided to move from City Hall to Central Park with Jackie marrying us personally, Jackie was on hand with ideas, how to arrange a permit the whole works.

Jackie arranged our wedding licence appointment at City Hall, no stress, let us know the day and time and she met us there outside and talked us through the whole process, and was by our side for the whole thing. Even going to the record room etc - she made that part of the process so pain free and simple.

Ahead of the big day Jackie and Sascha created a what’s app group for the four of us, and that made every bring so easy, kept in touch for all details. Even checking to make sure I had managed to get my flowers sorted. So sweet!

On the day of the wedding Jackie got to the venue ahead of time, make sure everything was perfect before we got there, and it was, this meant the world.

She performed a simple ceremony like we wanted, but with some lovely personal touches, beautiful quotes etc. she even stepped in when my sister who surprised us with a personal written poem couldn’t read it herself due to the emotions, Jackie stepped in and we captured everything on camera, such laughter and emotions, truly brilliant.

To top it off Jackie also arranged our expedited wedding certificates, the day after she went to the records room, even getting the extra copies for us and meeting us at our hotel before we headed back to JFK to fly home - not a single stress on our part and Jackie truly made the whole day run so smoothly.

I couldn’t recommend Jackie and Sascha enough, they work together like the best A Team - please look no further if you are looking to elope to NY - they are the besties in the city looking after your every need. Absolutely brilliant! We can’t wait to come back and renew our vows in a few years and see them both again.
