Jackie makes you feel like you have been her best friend for years. She makes you feel completely at ease, supported and genuinely celebrated. You can feel the warmth and caring from the very first moment.
We truly couldn't have asked for a better elopement experience. From the very first message Team Reining was amazing! We chose the "all inclusive" package. They made everything feel effortless, personal and definitely fun! Which is exactly what we wanted.
They handled every detail with care and professionalism, while still making the day feel relaxed and intimate. Sasha captured the magic of the day in a way that felt true to us. Jackie's words were magical as if she had known us for years.

From start to finish, working with Sascha and Jackie was an absolute dream. We were married in New York and told them we wanted to be married by the Brooklyn Bridge — and they truly took care of every single detail from there.
They arranged a car to pick us up at our hotel, handled the ceremony seamlessly, and captured the most incredible photos we could have ever hoped for. The pictures are beyond amazing. And the flowers? Absolute perfection — exactly what I had envisioned, down to the smallest detail.
To top it all off, we had to change our wedding date five days before the wedding and move it up by four days. Somehow, they rearranged everything without a single hiccup. No stress, no drama — just calm professionalism and total reassurance.

True Professional with Heart and Humor
Jackie was simply the perfect choice for our wedding in New York City. From the very first moment, we felt an incredible connection with her – she’s so warm, charming, funny, and at the same time wonderfully professional. Despite the distance (we’re from Germany) and without knowing us personally, she wrote a ceremony speech that was perfect for us: emotional, humorous, and full of love and attention to detail.
The communication beforehand was super easy and pleasant, yet it felt as if Jackie had known us forever and truly understood who we are and what suits us. The result was a wonderful ceremony, perfectly tailored to us.
We are so grateful to have met Jackie – her work is truly one of a kind, and we would choose her again in a heartbeat. Together with her husband Sascha, who was our wedding photographer (and whom we can also highly recommend!!), they make an absolute dream team. Jackie contacted us regularly via email and nothing was left to chance, she covered every little detail, creating the most wonderful wedding experience for us. Jackie is amazing at her job. The levels she goes to to make sure everything is in place on the day is nothing short of exceptional.
From meeting us to sort the marriage license and organising hair and makeup for Lucy at the hotel. Uber booked to take us to the wedding location. Everything was timed perfectly. We organised all this from the Uk and just made us both so comfortable when we arrived in New York knowing it was all taken care of and we just needed to show up.
Together as a team with Sascha doing the photography they are the best in the business. Such a happy couple and go above and beyond to make your day perfect.

Even though we had never met Jackie in person before our wedding day, the moment we saw her, it felt like we'd known her forever. She has such a heartwarming, funny, and lovely soul – truly one of a kind.
Before the wedding, we were in email contact with Jackie, and she took the time to ask us what we love about each other and what we wanted to have included in the speech. She guided us with different options, but we decided to leave the final draft as a surprise – and it couldn't have been more perfect!
The ceremony was everything we had ever dreamed of – funny, positive, full of love, not cheesy but heartfelt, realistic, and simply on point. Despite the weather turning from sunshine to rain and cold (in August!) during our NYC elopement, Jackie stayed calm and made sure we still had the best time. She created such a beautiful atmosphere that we even forgot we were standing in the middle of a rainy, stormy day.

We got married October 3rd 24 and struggled trying to find the right person to officiate our day until we came across Jackie and really cannot recommend her enough!
From the moment we started chatting she was the utmost professional to every email, enquiry or worry we may have had she squashed easily. The communication was great from the off and I knew we made the right choice!
We utilised the services of both Jackie and her husband the photographer Sascha Reinking with their All in One Package and it was the best decision we made for the day!
She talked us through every process for the marriage license and met us for the appointment! Had recommendations on locations and great guidance on our vows and the ceremony which she performed so so beautifully! They took the weight and pressure off so much of the day and made it so easy.

Jackie stepped in at very short notice with her wonderful husband Sascha and saved the day when my wedding plans went awry. With less than 48 hours notice they found a slot for us and it was actually the most amazing thing that could have happened. The ceremony she created for us was really emotional and personal, we were all in tears. Jackie is charismatic, warm, welcoming and an absolute joy to be around. I'm glad my original plans went wrong otherwise I would not have had what turned out to be an absolute dream wedding. I cannot recommend highly enough. -

We loved her
Booking a New York wedding from northern Ireland was so daunting. We didn't know where to start. From reading loads of reviews online we found Jackie and her husband Sascha and what a wedding they both gave us. Not only were they professional from the start with the quick replies, answers for any questions day or night and just making us feel at ease they were also super friendly and welcoming. On the day we met I felt like we had know them years. They kept us right the whole day,
We bumped into Jackie the day before the wedding at the city clerks office and recognized her immediately, it felt like we had bumped into a good friend we had known for years. She reassured us about the day ahead and organized where we would meet. The ceremony couldn't have been more perfect. After only a few months of knowing her she captured us and our relationship perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more.

We got married on the 8th September 2023 and we had Jackie as our wedding officiant. We actually had the full team Reinking experience with Sascha as our photographer to. Jackie was the perfect person to be our wedding officiant. Jackie was excellent in guiding us on what we wanted for the ceremony. All her hints and tips allowed the ceremony to be just perfect for what we wanted. On the wedding day Jackie carried out the ceremony in the perfect way and made it so special. How she spoke the words and presented all the quotes was so clear and just exciting to listen to. During the ceremony we felt so relaxed and we couldn't of asked for a better person to conduct our wedding ceremony. As we live in the UK Jackie also took care of all the paperwork for the extended marriage certificate that we needed for the UK and it was delivered to our home in the UK around 3 weeks after the wedding. It was completely stress free. We highly recommend Jackie if you are looking for someone to be your wedding officiant.

We eloped to NYC to get married in 2023, after 3 years of cancellations due to Covid we finally got the day we have been dreaming about for years.
We got married in the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park then photos around the park and into midtown and Grand Central Station.
Jackie and Sascha were brilliant, they were in communication with us every step of the year, for the last 3 years! They were really easy to talk to and quick at responding to questions. They made us feel incredibly comfortable from the first email exchange.
We met them outside the park and walked to the Ladies Pavilion together having a chat, we encountered a rough sleeper who was in our wedding spot and Sascha kindly asked them to leave and dealt with that while Jackie was keeping our nerves in check and us calm.
The ceremony was lovely and Jackie really managed to capture so much about us from little information we had given her. The whole thing felt incredibly personal. She made it fun and relaxed and kept us so calm considering we are both quite introverted people and were thinking why did we plan such a public wedding! haha. She has a great way with words and had a smile on her face the whole morning which made us feel even more at ease.
Sascha is an incredible photographer, he is really nice to get along with and chatty, we spoke about lots of things including a lot of European Football as we walked around for a couple of hours taking pictures.
We even bumped into Ricky Gervais and Sascha asked him if he would take a photo with us.
The photos we received from him are spectacular, he really captures the beauty of the City in the pictures and 100% captures the moments. We were thrilled with our pictures. We are constantly looking back at the album and thinking back to the day.
I would 100% recommend the both of them, they are fantastic, lovely humans and incredible at what they do! -

Jackie is a joy to work with. She responded promptly to all emails and was extremely professional.
She wrote a beautiful ceremony and helped us write our vows. It was incredibly meaningful and special. She was also a total rockstar when she met up with us in person to go to city hall and do all the paperwork for our elopement. Everything was explained so clearly and it was an easy process.

A year ago we stumbled across photos on the net taken by Jackie’s husband Sascha, which led us to Jackie. So inspired were we by TeamReinking, we decided to put our complete trust in them and elope from Australia to NYC. We had literally just booked our wedding in Australia. Jackie was so easy to work with and we connected with her both via our emails and then the moment we met in person (literally just before our ceremony). Jackie helped us create the most beautiful ceremony in April 2023 at the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park, NYC. A special moment in time filled with shared promises, love, laughter and quite a few tears. It was an emotional day for us that had been 12 years in the making. Jackie is simply a delight and it was easy for us to just be ourselves in that moment. My husband is still talking about our beautiful ceremony with Jackie by our side. Wow! Is the best way I can describe our experience!
We flew into NYC from Johannesburg, South Africa, especially for our wedding. We organised it all over email with Jackie and Sascha and it was the most wonderful, relaxed and stress free experience!
Jackie has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is warm, kind, and sincere yet extremely professional. Nothing is too much trouble, no questions are stupid and she goes out of her way to offer extra assistance for anything extra that you may need.

Excellent service top quality
After searching the Net for “how to get married in NYC “I came across Jackie and Sascha, aka team reinking.
Right from the start I knew they were for us, watching them on YouTube messing their lines up and deciding to roll with it!!! So down to earth, everything was relaxed and very informative with posted videos showing you how to fill forms out step by step to videos showing you various popular locations around NYC you can tie the knot.
Communication was 10 out of 10 (we are in the UK, so everything was though email)
Nothing was too much trouble, and nothing was a silly question!!!
Fast forward eight months our day had come, we had decided we wanted to marry in central park. Jackie and Sascha met us at an arranged location on the edge of the park, straight away we were laughing with Jackie and were put at ease from the very start.
Onto the ceremony, Jackie had written our vows for us “we wanted something simple and a repeat after me type and she nailed it” our service lasted around 10-15 minutes.
Over to Sascha for the photos, boy did he have his work cut out !!!! there was only myself my partner and in tow, our 2-year-old little boy.
Nothing phased Sascha, we left everything to him and let him lead us. He took us to some wonder locations and took some fantastic shots just as we had hoped for, very relaxed and family orientated.
If your thinking of getting married in NYC and I guess you, are you really can’t go wrong with team reinking………

One of a kind wedding!
Sascha & Jackie are truly wonderful people and made our wedding day the most fun, easy and perfect day imaginable. They are both incredibly professional and are clearly both passionate about creating lasting memories of such an important day in the lives of a couple.
Travelling from the UK we opted for the ‘All-In-One’ package that Team Reinking offer, and from start to finish Sascha & Jackie ensured that all our needs were met. Jackie liased with us throughout the process to create a beautiful and unique ceremony for us at the Top of the Rockerfeller Centre, whilst ensuring all the important administration work was completed for this to happen, taking any stress from us so that we could enjoy our time in NYC.
We cannot recommend Sascha & Jackie enough, Team Reinking are one of a kind. -

If you are looking for an amazingly kind, warm, sweet yet professional officiant, look no further, Jackie is the right person for this job! She is amazing and we cannot recommend her enough. She was so helpful throughout the planning stage and recommended great spots to get married, helped us with the permit and reminded us to apply for our marriage license appointment. The ceremony itself was nothing but beautiful and magical and we wish we could relive this moment again. Jackie was the best officiant we could have wished for! She was kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Leading up to the ceremony, she helped us understand the licensing process and walked us through our vendor options--everything felt easy. She also worked with us on a draft of the ceremony to make sure that everything was included. She was wonderfully inclusive for us (a queer couple), and she went the extra distance to make sure we were comfortable and celebrated. She took the time to confirm our pronouns and make sure the ceremony was tailored to us. I would definitely recommend her to other queer couples. Jackie is a wonderful speaker and has a joyous energy. She lead the ceremony beautifully and really helped us have the best day! -

We had Jackie as our Officiant and her husband as our photographer and they are just a great Team. Planning a wedding from abroad isn't easy just as to rely on people you've never seen before. But it couldn't have been better! Jackie was so kind, lovely and helpful. She wrote a ceremony with our special "Lord of the rings" - theme which was wonderful. And she had the idea for a sand ceremony because we already exchanged rings one year before in Germany. It was unique like she is! -
