Detroit bridal house was amazing and I had the BEST experience here by far!

I went to quite a few places looking for a dress. I knew many people who purchased the first dress they tried on. I assumed it would go the same way for me, but it did not, and I felt discouraged. I went to a store prior to DBH and tried on a dress that I kind of liked but did not love. The employee said, “You have already been to too many places and I don’t think you’re going to find what you’re looking for.” I left there upset. On a whim, I decided to call Detroit Bridal House and see if I could get a last-minute appointment to come on. Kristin was so sweet, and I was able to go right away. I knew from the moment that I talked to her on the phone and pulled up in the driveway, that this would be the place I found my dress. The calming and welcoming environment that Kristin brings brought the excitement back for me. Her simple questions such as “how do you want to feel on your wedding day?” told her what she needed to know to choose some dresses. It was there, that the first dress I tried on, I loved. I ordered appliques from the dress company for alterations and when shipping was taking a long time Kristin went out of her way to ensure that I received them in time. I recommend DBH to everyone that is looking for a dress. You will receive assistance from someone who is genuine and caring

I LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience with Kristen at Detroit Bridal House. I had done some general shopping and looking around but every experience was a disaster. I'm not your typical "I want to be a princess" kind of bride. I want to be comfortable and feel like me...which is exactly what Kristen did. My maid of honor and I got there first thing in the morning to see Kristen outside waiting to greet us. Right off the bat she wanted to know me and what brought me there and by the time I was ready to put a dress on, I knew I would be leaving with one. I loved the vibe and tone of the shop, it was right up my alley. I could've sat on that couch sipping champagne and giggling away all day.
