I cannot say enough wonderful things about Claudia and her amazing team, Julia and Pau. From start to finish, Claudia was incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive. She truly listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to make everything happen. Her hard work, professionalism, and calm presence exceeded all our expectations.

Thanks to Claudia, I never once felt stressed during the entire planning process…even when unexpected issues came up. She even stepped in to help me resolve some resort booking problems, which wasn’t even part of her job, but she did it with such grace and care. That kind of support made all the difference.

Working with Claudia and her team was an absolute joy. They are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a planner who’s not only excellent at what they do but genuinely cares.

Devon and I are located all the way in the United States and hired Claudia in Mexico, which made everything so much easier because not only is she out there to help out and do everything but speaks to language which made everything seamless and give us the peace of mind. I cannot recommend Claudia highly enough. She and her entire team were courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. During planning, she turned our vision into a fairy-tale celebration, provided thorough cost breakdowns, and recommended only top-notch vendors. She was flexible in accommodating the varied needs of our group of guests and our own shifting desires and last minute ideas. When our wedding came, neither us, the wedding party, or any of our guests had to do more than show up to the best party of our lives. Her team took the reigns and kept the night going; we didn't have to lift a finger!

My husband and I live in the United States and wanted to have our wedding in Cancun. We are so grateful to have found Claudia who made our dreams come true from afar. She was attentive to all our requests and questions before and during the wedding. We sent her photos of decorations and themes we liked and she sent us back photos and examples while always being transparent about prices. Her and her staff were professional and kind. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Claudia !

5 stars seems low for the work that Claudia did for us.. we are floored. Planning a destination wedding in another country was daunting, but she guided us along every step of the way for the 8 full months of our planning process. She maintained several email threads about different subjects, kept us on track when life and work got in the way, and meticulously arranged every single detail. She stayed true to our priorities and helped with our every need, and gave us the absolute perfect wedding day we didn’t even think was possible. To Claudia, Paco and the rest of the team, we cannot thank you enough!!!

This wedding would not have happened without Claudia! She is amazing; she planned two weddings at two resorts in a year and the outcome was a dream come true. We are so beyond grateful to have met Claudia. My husband and I have no criticisms. Every event, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, and the reception were incredible. She is patient, kind, easy to work with, and answered every question. She was always our advocate and spent every dollar carefully as if it was her own. I can’t say enough with how great Claudia was for us as our wedding planner. Her communication was unmatched and she was always there when we needed anything. She communicated with our other vendors well and prompt along with keeping in contact with the resort. Not only was she a great wedding planner who literally made all of our wants and needs come true in this wedding, but she is an outstanding person as well. She made our day special and we were glad to have her there with us.

Claudia took care of everything will such attention to detail and organized everything in such a fashion that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this Wedding Planner as she made everything super easy and accommodated, every single one of our guests. She even dealt with grumpy mother-in-law‘s.

There are not enough stars in order to rate the spectacular service that Claudia and her team provided!! Claudia was such a joy to work with throughout this wedding planning process. It’s so hard to trust people nowadays especially over the internet. I had set up several interviews with wedding planners and she truly was the most genuine. Most of the wedding planners wanted us to go over our budget and knowingly so would present us with “ideas” out of range. To me that was a clear sign that they cared more about making money then making our dream wedding come true. Claudia has the best energy and no matter what ALWAYS made us feel comfortable and kept us updated. We live in Chicago, Illinois and it was tough at times with scheduling zoom calls but she always made time for us!! We met Claudia in person only 3 days before our wedding since it was in Mexico and it felt like we knew her for years. We trusted her with food, music and decor and she nailed it! Everything was beyond perfect. We now consider her more then a wedding planner but a dear friend. We love her and were truly blessed that God put her in our lives to help us with our special day. We can’t wait to see her again and just celebrate life.
