This review is incredibly overdue, but more than five years after our wedding, I still remember what an incredible wedding coordinator Victoria was—and I think that says a lot.

When my husband and I were planning our destination wedding at Dreams Tulum, I joined several Facebook groups to hear from other brides about their experiences. One name came up over and over again: Victoria. People had wonderful things to say about other coordinators, but the response about Victoria was overwhelming. Everyone said, “Ask for Victoria.” So naturally, I did—and I was so excited when we found out she would be coordinating our wedding.

Everyone was right.

Victoria was incredibly attentive, patient, kind, and accommodating from beginning to end. My husband and I had a pretty big vision for our wedding, including quite a few requests that weren't necessarily standard. When we flew down ahead of the wedding to meet with her and walk through everything, she never once made us feel like our ideas were too much or our requests were unreasonable. Her attitude was always about figuring out how we could make our vision happen.

And we definitely tested that! I had fallen in love with a chandelier that was normally used in the resort's ballroom—but we didn't want our reception in the ballroom. We wanted it outside in the garden. I told Victoria I wanted that chandelier, but I wanted it in the garden. It wasn't something they would normally do, but she figured it out. On our wedding night, there it was, hanging over our outdoor reception exactly as I had envisioned it.

I also wanted a huge oversized mirror displaying all of our guests' names and table assignments. Again, not exactly an off-the-shelf request—and again, Victoria made it happen. So many of the details that made our wedding feel uniquely ours were things we dreamed up and brought to Victoria, and rather than telling us why they couldn't be done, she found a way to make them work.

She was also fantastic at finding creative ways to give us the look we wanted without spending money unnecessarily. I had envisioned a ceiling of hanging wisteria, which would have been incredibly expensive using real flowers. Victoria suggested using beautiful artificial flowers through one of her vendors instead, assuring me no one would know the difference—and she was absolutely right. She then took it a step further. After our ceremony, her team repurposed those same flowers at our reception, incorporating them around our table and centerpieces. She was constantly thinking about both the overall vision and the little details that could make it work even better.

Victoria was equally wonderful at handling everything happening behind the scenes. At one point during our wedding, there was apparently a rather large snake on the property that security was dealing with near an area where members of our wedding party had belongings stored. I knew absolutely nothing about it at the time—which is honestly the perfect example of how good she was at her job! She calmly told everyone involved that she had it handled, encouraged them to go enjoy the party, and made sure their belongings got back to them. She took care of the problem without ever allowing it to become our problem.

There are undoubtedly countless little things I'm forgetting after all these years, but what I haven't forgotten is how Victoria made us feel. She genuinely cared about our wedding and about bringing our vision to life. She went above and beyond for us again and again, and she did it all with such patience and kindness.

And maybe the best testament to the wedding she helped us create is that, more than five years later, our friends still randomly bring it up and tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Not because we're reminiscing about it or asking—they'll just say it. As a bride, I don't think you can ask for much more than knowing that the experience was as memorable for your guests as it was for you.

When Victoria reached out and told me that she had started her own wedding company, I was genuinely so happy for her—and more than happy to recommend her. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and she was such a huge part of making it what it was.

Oh my gosh where do I start?! This was all I could have ever imagined it would be and everything I pictured in my head! Due to it being a destination wedding I was not able to see a lot of the details in person and this worried me as I am a very type A person, but let me tell you, Victoria went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! Everything was perfectly set up and I had zero stress on my wedding day! She was always very responsive and kind over email when planning all the details! I cannot recommend her enough if you are someone looking for a destination wedding and want it to come out perfect! My entire family still talks about how beautiful and uniquely tailored everything was on my wedding to this day!

In November of 2023 my Husband and I got married in Tulum Mexico. We had never been before but wanted an elopement style but surrounded by loved ones! Victoria was professional and made our dreams become reality! The venue was stunning and she made sure that everything went as planned! Not once did she come to me with any concerns however she made sure we were having one of the best nights ever! If you’re thinking destination, DO IT! Literally no headache or stress. Stephanie was an outstanding coordinator leading up and day of our wedding. From the beginning she was very communicative and on top of every detail. She was great to get along with and had the perfect personality that put us at ease. We truly did not have to worry about anything and every single detail of the day turned out perfectly.
