Coordination – I initially had Christian from Blue Venado, but I highly recommend hiring external coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly. I worked with Vicky and Estefanía from Weds.Vows, and I have no words to thank them for their perfect coordination. Thanks to them I had zero stress on my wedding day. And I must clarify—I’m a perfectionist and pay attention to every detail, yet they went far beyond what I could have imagined. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and supportive. At first, I was feeling very stressed because I noticed some details from the venue’s coordination were not being fully taken care of. Victoria was truly a gift to us during our destination wedding in Tulum in 2023. She is kind, incredibly organized, and has a rare ability to be highly detail-oriented while keeping everyone relaxed and at ease. From the moment we stepped foot at the resort until the day we left, she helped coordinate every part of our itinerary with care and intention.
What stood out most was how calm and grounding she was during high-stress moments. As a bride, having someone who knows how to keep you calm without rushing or adding pressure is invaluable — and Victoria did exactly that. She never made us feel stressed, overwhelmed, or behind, and instead created a sense of ease that allowed us to truly enjoy every moment.
She went above and beyond in ways that were completely outside her job description, simply to make sure our day turned out beautifully. My husband and I will be forever grateful for her support, professionalism, and genuine kindness. We could not recommend her more highly. -

Our experience with Victoria was absolutely exceptional.
From the very beginning, she guided us with so much care, kindness, and professionalism. Planning a destination wedding in Tulum, Mexico could have been overwhelming, but Victoria made every step feel easy and enjoyable.
She was always attentive to every single detail—big or small. She went above and beyond to negotiate hotel prices for us, helped us stay within our budget, and still managed to create the most beautiful wedding we could have ever imagined.

Oh my gosh where do I start?! This was all I could have ever imagined it would be and everything I pictured in my head! Due to it being a destination wedding I was not able to see a lot of the details in person and this worried me as I am a very type A person, but let me tell you, Victoria went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! Everything was perfectly set up and I had zero stress on my wedding day! She was always very responsive and kind over email when planning all the details! I cannot recommend her enough if you are someone looking for a destination wedding and want it to come out perfect! My entire family still talks about how beautiful and uniquely tailored everything was on my wedding to this day! -

Dream Wedding
In November of 2023 my Husband and I got married in Tulum Mexico. We had never been before but wanted an elopement style but surrounded by loved ones! Victoria was professional and made our dreams become reality! The venue was stunning and she made sure that everything went as planned! Not once did she come to me with any concerns however she made sure we were having one of the best nights ever! If you’re thinking destination, DO IT! Literally no headache or stress. Truly a week in paradise. -

Exceptional Coordinator
Stephanie was an outstanding coordinator leading up and day of our wedding. From the beginning she was very communicative and on top of every detail. She was great to get along with and had the perfect personality that put us at ease. We truly did not have to worry about anything and every single detail of the day turned out perfectly. Not many people can say that their wedding day held zero stress, but the way that Stephanie handled everything made the day perfect and absolutely stress free. We are from Indiana and had our wedding in Tulum with Victoria as our coordinator. We had never met her, never been to Tulum and had 30 guests coming who also had never been. Victoria made the process super easy and was a great communicator throughout the process.
When we arrived we were welcomed and our whole trip was amazing. Victoria helped us feel prepared but not overwhelmed. The day of she was there for it all and made it such an unforgettable experience. We wouldn’t change anything and all of our guests still talk about the trip and the wedding! We would highly recommend Victoria’s services. -

When you’re planning a destination wedding, you truly don’t realize how many moving parts there are compared to planning a local one. The first major decision was the destination itself — we chose Tulum, Mexico, because we wanted a place that was not only beautiful and unique but also accessible for guests traveling from all over.
And then we found Victoria. OMG — what a game changer she was… and we didn’t even know it yet. From the very beginning, she guided us through every single step. She kept us calm, focused, and reassured — no matter how many emails with photos and ideas we sent or how many calls we made, she was always kind, responsive, and incredibly patient.
Our journey started with a trip to Mexico to explore venues, which was tricky with COVID, but Victoria made it happen. We eventually chose our venue and set our date — November 5, 2022 — hoping life would be back to normal by then. And then came the months of planning: endless details, logistics, and decisions. Through it all, Victoria was there, keeping everything organized and on track.
Fast forward to wedding week. We arrived in Tulum three days before the big day — just in time for a tropical storm. Rain soaked the property, the secret garden (our rehearsal dinner location) was muddy and flooded, and we honestly couldn’t imagine how it was all going to come together. But Victoria immediately created backup plans and handled every challenge with confidence and grace.
By Friday, the weather cleared, and we kicked off the celebration with a welcome party. Then came the rehearsal dinner — and we were absolutely blown away. The secret garden was transformed into a magical space: stunning décor, perfect lighting, amazing drinks — everything exceeded our expectations.
Wedding day itself was seamless. We were in constant contact with Victoria via text, and she coordinated every detail flawlessly — from the photographer to the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Even if things were chaotic behind the scenes, we never knew it. Everything flowed perfectly.
Our guests were amazed. We were amazed. After months of planning and COVID curveballs, Victoria delivered a day that far exceeded our dreams. The décor was breathtaking, the beachside vibe was exactly what we envisioned, and the music, food, and overall atmosphere were everything we hoped for — a big, chic beach wedding.
And here’s the best part: what would have easily cost three to five times more in the U.S. came to life beautifully thanks to Victoria.
If you’re planning a destination wedding, stop searching — Victoria Arista is the planner you want. Our biggest concern at first was how we could trust someone in another country whom we’d only met a few times over Zoom and once in person. But she proved herself in every possible way. She’s organized, creative, professional, and truly cares about making your day perfect.
