Alba Weddings Design

Alba and her team were absolutely fantastic. They helped us find the perfect venue (a boutique hotel) and helped us stay on track booking all the "big things" like the DJ, photographers etc. They gave us great recommendations and we were very happy with all the vendors we chose. Many of our guests said our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to!

We had some special requests like branded coconuts that Alba was able to source for us and she made sure they were perfect and setup on time. Especially in the last weeks before the wedding, Alba helped me keep my sanity by keeping us organized and finalizing things on time. There were also so many things I would not have thought of without her input and experience.
The day of Alba and her team were worth their weight in gold. They made sure everything was setup exactly as we wanted it and on time. They helped guide us and our guests through the day, keeping our time schedule and everything went just perfectly and me and my groom did not have to take care of a thing or worry about anything. I don't even know how people do it without a planner to be honest, it seems like it would just be chaos and so much stress. I highly recommend Alba and her team if you want a stress free wedding!

After a long and difficult search for the perfect wedding planner for our elopement in Playa del
Carmen, we were thrilled to find Alba. From our initial meeting via video call to our wedding day, we felt incredibly well taken care of. On the wedding day, her pleasant personality calmed us down. Her speech during the ceremony was perfect down to the last detail and deeply touched us. We are very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Alba.

I can't say enough good things about Alba. Not only was she detailed and organized through the whole wedding planning process, she is also incredibly kind and fun to work with. She thought of every detail (for example, suggesting we buy bug spray for the guests' bathrooms) and made the whole process easy for us, which was especially important because we live in Texas and don't know the Riviera Maya area. The result was an amazing event that was exactly what we imagined. The vendors she recommended were also top-notch (DJ, flowers, cake, etc). If we got married again we would definitely hire Alba!

When the hotel wedding planner failed us... Alba came in to save the day! She was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions and had viable solutions to any issues that popped up. Alba got to know the bride/groom and suggested alternative (more cost effective) vendors. She advocated for US by dealing directly with the hotel.... All with a smile on her face!! I was able to enjoy the day knowing that Alba had all of the details executed before I could even give it a thought. Her team worked effortlessly and behind the scenes to make everything flow. She handled any unexpected curveballs and allowed us to relax and have fun! I would give Alba 100 stars if given the option! I would recommend anyone planning an event, that wants to ENJOY their day, to use her services. I couldn't have dreamed up a better wedding/party planner!!

STOP looking for your dream wedding planner- You found her!! Alba really is one in a million, she’s honest, genuine, caring, attentive and extremely supportive throughout the entire process! We could not have had our dream wedding without her. She faught hard for us and kept us in the loop always with total transparency when the hotel was giving us problems- she fixed them all. Alba took off tons of pressure by doing all the things you don’t want to worry about when planning a wedding- like sending emails, following up with vendors, setting up on wedding day and making sure the groomsmen were prepared and ready to go. She’s very communicative and informative and guides you into being a new bride. Not only is Alba a great wedding planner, she’s a great person she’s so incredibly pleasant and kind and anyone lucky enough to work with her will not be disappointed!! I will miss her dearly now that the wedding is over and we’re heading back home- I wish I could take her with me! Would give 100 starts if I could. 🩷

My (now) husband and I wanted a simple elopement, something special for just the 2 of us. We were so lucky to have found Alba. She made planning a breeze. We chose everything from the flowers to the photographer from her list of preferred vendors. The cenote she showed us was so beautiful and private so we had it all to ourselves. We originally chose a date to get married and unfortunately, my husband had a medical emergency so we were unable to get to mexico on the original date. Without a blink of an eye Alba completely took care of everything and communicated with all the vendors to move our day out and we were able to focus on my husbands health. She went above and beyond our expectations. Our day was perfect and even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I would 1000% recommend Alba to help for your special elopement!

Alba went above and beyond for our elopement. She exceeded beyond our expectations for an elopement. She was super easy to work with and was able to get us an amazingly beautiful venue right off the beach! She was quick to respond and got together our elopement so quickly. Our wedding day will be the highlight of our lives and couldn’t have done it without her! 10 out of 10 would recommend her and will definitely be coming back when we want to renew our vows!

I couldn’t recommend Alba enough. She is the best wedding planner I could’ve have ever asked for. She has amazing relationships with wonderful vendors which I felt played a huge role in how well everything came together. She is kind, reassuring, calming, creative and all around just a wonderful person. She was always there to help and so quick to respond. Our wedding was so bright, welcoming and beautifully set up. Her eye for design is so great! I truly am so grateful to have worked with her. I couldn’t have imagined my wedding any other way. Can’t wait to get our photos back so I can add them to the review!
