Catering Reserved is a full services catering company based in Springfield, Virginia, dedicated to outstanding, personalized service and the highest quality culinary creations. Nearly all of the food we serve is homemade by our in-house professional chef and her team.

Services Offered

The team of creative experts at Catering Reserved assists couples in creating the perfect culinary experience, making sure to collaborate with the couple every step of the way. Tastings are offered to couples to sample select items before deciding on a final, custom menu. Bar service is also an option with Catering Reserved, whose bartenders can serve from a cash, limited, or open bar. While they do allow outside alcohol to be served, they can supply house and specialty beer, house and specialty wine, house and premium liquor, a champagne toast, and signature drinks. Their staff can provide event services such as delivery, cake cutting, set up, and clean up, as well as catering items such as:

Couples can request serving styles such as buffet, family-style, French service, plated, or stations.
