Nestled in the quiet countryside of McGregor, Texas, sits our full climate controlled 6184 square foot magnificent, wooden barn on a hilltop overlooking one of our four ponds. The 150 acres of rolling hills, expansive vistas, and gorgeous water features create a dreamscape to delight any photographer, ensuring that the indelible moments of your extraordinary day are forever captured for you and your guests. The property is shared with a giraffe and wild animal sanctuary, giving guests the unique opportunity to observe these majestic creatures from afar.

We are currently offering is an all-inclusive package that includes access and use everything we have to offer here on the ranch.

  • Wooden Barn: for ceremony, reception, or both
  • Lake side outdoor chapel / pavilion
  • Dock on one of our ponds
  • 2 cabins for day of getting ready and pictures.
  • Tables and chairs included (with basic set up and tear down)

    Perfect Location

    We are thrilled to have our August 1 wedding at Blue Hills Ranch! Matt is very responsive, easy to work with, and super professional. The location is right outside Waco, which was important to us, but the setting is so awesome, we would have traveled to Blue Hills Ranch from anywhere. The Barn with its chandelier and string lights is exactly what I always wanted for a rustic, but elegant wedding. Caterers will appreciate the kitchen with all necessities and nicessities 😊 And of course they have all the cool animals- although that’s not that important for us. We’re sure we’ll the time of our lives partying with our guests out there!

    Beautiful venue!!

    We had our wedding here in August and it was absolutely beautiful! Our wedding couldn’t have been more beautiful!
