Professionalism, Quality of Service, Communication, Quality of Valet Service

From start to finish, the Crescent made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more! We were their first wedding but I had full confidence that everything was going to run as smoothly as if it was their 100th wedding and it sure did! We loved the luxurious aesthetic and being able to have indoor and outdoor space. The food was absolutely incredible, service was above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked for a better execution of our vision for our reception! Thank you Bruce and the Crescent team!

The Fairmont and its entire staff were involved in making my event, THE WELCOME PARTY, A TASTE OF THE BAHAMAS the talk of the town. From the event coordinator to the manager of the restaurant to the bellman who helped with bringing the favors to the room, to the staff who cleaned up at 2 am to ensure they did not disturb our function, we could not have asked for a better venue!!! Will recommend it to brides. The food was fantastic and timely too!!

Although it took some leaps and bounds to get connected with Alexis to book Upside and one of the conference rooms at the Canopy for our wedding welcome party, IT ALL WORKED OUT PERFECTLY. Alexis was a wonderful host, great communication, friendly staff, plenty of seating, drinks and food were tasty, plus amazing views. Definitely the perfect spot to kick off a Dallas wedding weekend. You won't be disappointed.

If you’re looking for an all inclusive venue look no further! The pricing is reasonable, the team is top notch and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. They were very responsive and friendly at every turn. As a bonus, our guest said the food is the best food they ever had at a wedding!

We had our wedding and reception at the Hilton Park Cities and we could not have asked for more! We recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary at the hotel and it is still just as great as the day of our wedding! Planning was easy and fun and the staff had many ideas to accommodate all of our requests. The ballroom was beautiful for the ceremony and flipped quickly for the reception. We picked a custom menu and our guests still comment on how much they enjoyed the food. The staff was very attentive and nice, assisting us for the entire day until our event was over. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel. The rooms were clean and trendy and the restaurant and bar area were beautiful! The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance which was perfect for our out of town guests. Everything went smoothly and all of our guests had a great time! It is still a fun place for dinner and drinks or to stay for a weekend!

In an era of brides having the weddings and receptions at far-off venues outside of Dallas County, in the country, you really can't beat The Adolphus for all it has to offer. Their staff is so professional and they know exactly what they are doing because they run events daily. I'll say it again, daily! You can't beat that kind of expertise. You don't need to worry about hiring a caterer because their chef and kitchen staff are the best. The food is excellent, the servers are superb. As-as-matter-of-fact you relieve yourself of hiring all the various vendors at the out-of-the-way venues because The Adolphus offers its all. We just hired a florist (The Adolphus' florist) DJ, photography, videographer. So simple. Can't say enough good things about the experience!

Loved every minute working with the staff and the facilities at Omni Mandaly Las Colinas for our wedding. The food was superb, service and staff were amazing. Shout out to Renee who was absolutely wonderful and helped to make our wedding perfect!!

We had our wedding at Hotel 1928, and it was absolutely everything we dreamed of. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, the team at Hotel 1928—especially Brooke—went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Brooke was there to troubleshoot during the rehearsal and had everything set up for us so we could visualize the space and make any last-minute changes. That level of preparation and attention to detail really set the tone for the rest of our wedding. Our ceremony was held in the ballroom, and after the ceremony, guests moved to Bertie’s, the rooftop bar, for cocktail hour while the ballroom was flawlessly flipped for the reception. The hotel also catered our wedding, and the food was incredible. We had a hard time choosing our menu because everything was so delicious. Day-of, they served two different desserts for our guests (a special touch!) and even surprised everyone with a late-night snack of chicken tenders, fries, and house-made black garlic ranch. We started the day getting ready off-site, then checked into the Washington Suite to finish getting ready and take photos before the ceremony. The suite was perfect—spacious, picturesque, and ideal for first-look photos and private vows. The hotel even prepared a charcuterie board for us to snack on while getting ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. Having a private dinner for just the two of us after cocktail hour and before the reception was a highlight, and I highly recommend it to any couple. Brooke and her team took care of everything—linens, dining ware, helping with the layout, and even offering to make our programs, drink signs, and menus (which were customized to match our style). They truly thought of every detail, and everything was spotless and organized throughout the day. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our guests appreciated the discounted rooms and valet parking options. Hotel 1928 may be on the pricier side, but the service, experience, and level of care you receive are unmatched. It’s truly worth every penny. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a single thing.
