Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Dallas

The Hillside Estate truly was my dream venue. I got married in October 2023 and after hiring my planners, venue was the second thing I secured and after seeing Hillside in person, nothing else really compared. The aesthetics of this venue is superior and very luxe. The Estate alone is just breath taking pulling up to it but when you see the inside of it, the logistics and details are what make it incredible. It is handicap friendly, tons of parking, the chapel and reception areas are just down the hall from each other so it’s easy for your guests. There’s a courtyard where you can have your wedding if you want or make it your cocktail hour area (which we did) and it made for such a great atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The reception area is massive alone and has doors leading out to the courtyard area if you choose to use that space during reception as well. As a bride, the bridal suite is everything you could ever want. So much natural lighting, massive room to get ready in, mirrors and outlets everywhere. I had 9 bridesmaids, 4 HMU people, twins for flower girls and myself and we were never cramped for space in that room. They have speakers built into the room so we could listen to music the entire time. The groom suite is the male equivalent but with entertainment, tv, pool tables and just a place for the guys to hang out. No complaints from the guys at all. Mama’s Medicine cocktails are their vendor that they will have you use for the bar and they are delicious. If you want a special drink that’s not on their menu, they’ll create it for you but with their spin on it, which was unique and turned out great. The Hillside team was amazing to work with, they are on top of their game and will make sure your morning and day goes by smoothly. Could not have asked for an exceptional venue for my dream wedding!

Prairie Chapel Place was beyond a dream and truly the perfect venue for our wedding. I would choose it again and again without hesitation. From the moment you arrive, the space feels peaceful, romantic, and breathtaking, with the most stunning blend of open country views and modern, elegant design. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that feels both timeless and elevated. The grounds are beautiful, the chapel is stunning, and every space flows so seamlessly. The cottage, which serves as the bridal suite, was absolutely perfect and such a special place to spend the night before and the morning of the wedding. I highly recommend staying there the night before, as it made the entire experience feel relaxed, fun, and even more meaningful. The sunroom where we got ready was so light filled and joyful, creating the best memories with our bridal party. The staff at Prairie Chapel Place was exceptional. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Their professionalism and kindness made the planning process and wedding day feel effortless and stress free. Prairie Chapel Place exceeded every expectation and provided the most beautiful setting for such a meaningful day. I could not recommend it more

Our daughter got married here on 3/14/25 and we were overall very pleased, we opted for a smaller more intimate atmosphere and was concerned about the size of the room, but it turned out beautifully. (there were a few things that could have been prevented with the bar, dinner & lighting, in which I brought to their attention afterwards for future events & learning purposes). But let me tell you Newshaw was attentive, and AMAZING to work with along with the DJ Daniel and Photographer Alecia. I can't say enough about them and their professionalism. We LOVED them. The venue itself is beautiful and we were very pleased with our choices of Floral & Décor. Highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village. Deb Burr

I have worked with the owner Justine for several events over the years and her professionalism is unmatched!! Her Team is simply exceptional and always go above and beyond the call of duty. The venue is Incredibly Unique & ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! Not only is the entire staff passionate they make it a point to deliver their clients vision.

There may be nothing more terrifying than having the venue you’ve had booked for your wedding be sold after you’ve put down your money. We were uncertain, scared that promises weren’t going to be kept or balances transferred. Unsure if our dream location was going to be vastly different than our hopes. Absolutely nothing could have been better than what we experienced. The property was beautiful, the amenities that we booked were beyond expectation, and the communication was wonderful from the transition through to the end of the ceremony. No one’s ideal wedding includes a deluge of rain that threaten’s your bride’s dreams but Rylan navigated it and got us our exit photos flawlessly as she played Al Roker while also masterfully coordinating everything else during the night. Seriously, that girl needs a raise. An absolute boss. We were blessed to find this place, concerned that we thought we lost it, then so blown away that it was improved and better than what we had booked.

We got married at the chapel and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The space is so charming and peaceful—simple, beautiful, and just the right amount of cozy. It felt special the moment we walked in, and even more magical on our wedding day. What really made the experience amazing, though, was the owner. Lana is seriously the best—so kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. From answering our million questions to making sure the day ran perfectly, they were there for us every step of the way. If you’re looking for a wedding spot that feels warm, intimate, and totally stress-free, we honestly can’t recommend River Road Venue enough. It was perfect.

I had the pleasure of attending a close friend's wedding at this gorgeous venue. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and made everything run smoothly, ensuring every detail was taken care of. (shout out to Kaitlin B. who was a delight!) I couldn’t have imagined a better experience for my friend and I will definitely keep them in mind for myself in the (hopefully!) near future.

Stayed here as a weekend getaway when we got married and really enjoyed it. The cabin was very nice and well maintained. There's a lot of activities available as well. The only issue I have is that it's right off the highway so we could hear all the cars passing by and occasionally some sirens. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we're already making plans to go back!

Absolutely stunning venue!! I knew the moment I saw it that I NEEDED to get married here! It was the most perfect backdrop for our special day! The owners were professional and communicated promptly on every occasion. They were super organized, which really helped to relieve some stress! I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to host my wedding here! I would definitely recommend to anyone if your budget allows it! We had the honor of having our wedding reception at Park City Club. It couldn't have been more perfect! Hala is an exceptional lady. Not only is she kind, knowledgable, and professional, she is an absolute joy to know! She listened so attentively, and made sure we had everything we desired - to the littlest details. On the night our reception, not only was the view gorgeous, but the room was aglow with absolute beauty!! I was amazed at how Hala and the club had it decorated to absolute perfection. The night went so smoothly, and as bride and groom, we got to relax, have FUN, and enjoy every single second! Guests commented at how beautiful and perfect everything was. And I must mention - the food. Oh, the delicious food... If you like mashed potatoes, have the mashed potato bar! And if you're a chocolate lover, the chocolate fountain is oh so decadent. Park City Club is in a class of its own, and it makes for a stunning (and dreamy) place to have a wedding reception. :)
