Once I saw the venue online, I knew that this was one. The venue itself is stunning. I am fairly type B and found the wedding planning process pretty overwhelming, but luckily, they offer a package that includes catering, bar, linens, DJ, and day of coordination. On top of that, they partner with Tease to Please and B. Blumen Flower Farm, which made choosing the last of our vendors even easier. The Springs also offered several tastings so we could try different menu items and get a feel for what both the catering and bar could provide. The catering was absolutely delicious, even better the night of the wedding than it was at the tastings. The bar was amazing, and the bartenders were wonderful. Our DJ was incredible. We were assigned Steven Carroll, and he was fantastic to work with. We had a call, I sent him the playlists I had been building, and they use an app that made everything seamless for both of us. He even scheduled a follow up call the week before just to check in. He did not miss a single beat and had almost everyone out on the dance floor with no line dances needed. I truly cannot thank Steve enough. The biggest blessing of the entire process was our day of coordinator, LINDSAY LEMMONS. The woman you are. From the moment she showed up, everything felt completely seamless. She handled every detail big and small, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy each moment without a single worry. She managed the timeline flawlessly, kept our vendors in sync, and somehow anticipated needs we did not even realize we had. When tiny hiccups popped up, she handled them quietly before we even knew they existed. Our ceremony flowed beautifully, our reception ran perfectly, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Thanks to her, our wedding day felt effortless, organized, and perfect. And she truly thought of everything. Once the bar opened, she already had my drink waiting for me. From the moment she arrived to the moment she left, she made sure I had everything I needed. She was the perfect partner in crime for the final stretch of wedding planning, and I could not be more grateful that she was our coordinator. We could not recommend her more. Tease to Please did our hair and makeup, and they were perfect. Laci Coker did our hair and gave every girl exactly what she wanted, even those who told her to just freestyle. I really wanted to wear my natural curls, and Laci made it happen. She enhanced my curls so they looked flawless all night. Tiffany Pham did our makeup, and she was incredible. I was convinced I would need a full redo after our first look and private vows because I was sobbing, but my makeup did not budge. Both girls were amazing and so much fun to have with us during the getting ready process. For florals, we used B. Blumen Flower Farm. I already followed her on IG, so I knew the arrangements would be amazing. But I was still a little nervous because I did not really have a color scheme. I just sent her the bridesmaids' and the moms' dresses and let her do her magic. And it was literal magic. I know I am biased, but I truly do not think I have ever seen more beautiful flowers. They brought everything to life. I cannot express how grateful I am for everyone who helped make our day perfect. Every single vendor we had was the perfect fit and helped with anything and everything we could have dreamed of. If you are considering booking, DO IT! It is so worth it.

We just got married at the springs in Waxahachie this past weekend and we cannot be more happy with how our wedding turned out! We did their package and all of our vendors were absolutely AMAZING! Our day of coordinator Lindsay was seriously a mind reader by time I noticed anything she had already done it! Our DJ Steven was the life of the party we had the most amount of people on a dance floor that I have ever seen at a wedding! Our bartenders Leylany and Madison were great prepping some delicious espresso martinis! Our catering staff was so attentive even going out of their way by fill up the water glasses on our tables. It was the best day of our entire lives and we recommend this venue to everyone!

Truly working with the Springs Waxahachie was an absolute dream! From the beginning to end, coordinators Addie and her assistants Hannah & Hannah made my wedding day perfect. The communication and execution made my day completely stress free. I HIGHLY recommend hiring day of coordinators, especially at the springs with Addie and her team. The day was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better. My guests said it was like twilight and I couldn’t agree more, the butterflies were out and the trees gave the most amazing atmosphere. The venue overall was absolutely stunning and all of my guests raved about the catering from our premier selections and bar service, they said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to. We chose herb crusted tenderloin & pecan crusted chicken and the steak was so tender & chicken cooked to perfection! We didn’t get to do a personal tasting before because I was actually an out of state bride from Las Vegas, but we were so happy with how it turned out. I never felt really stressed about any part of planning because of the in house team. The springs Waxahachie team was SO helpful with every small detail. If I could relive this day again I would!

Addie was my coordinator and she was absolutely incredible! She was there within a minute if I ever texted that I needed anything and on top of that the whole day was so smooth. No bumps at all. Truly a perfect day and we could not have done it without her amazing help!!

I absolutely would get married here again if I got to plan my wedding all over again. The team was amazing and always so helpful.
Throughout the planning process if I needed pictures/ information regarding the venue Shelby was a text message away and she always replied promptly! As for the our Day of Event Coordinator Addie was absolutely amazing. She was on top of it meeting with my husband and myself before our big day! The day of was amazing we didn't stress about a single thing everything flowed smoothly, Addie was on top of it giving me updates, she helped steam out my dress, and adapted to quick changes the day of. Addie was phenomenal we don't think our wedding would've been the same without her!! We were so happy with how everything turned out and most of all with the springs team. The two wonderful young ladies that stayed till the end I believe one was named Sam and I can't remember the other lady's name they were both so wet and helpful!

The springs in Waxahachie was absolutely wonderful for our big day! Lindsay, who is a day of planner through the Springs, was the most amazing wedding planner. The venue was perfect and were able to sit back and relax before the ceremony began. The day was perfect!

We got married at The Springs in Waxahachie May 31st and absolutely loved the venue! We used the Springs day of coordinator, DJ, and photobooth. Lindsay was our day of coordinator, and she was very communicative and thorough leading up to the day and made the day stress-free. Our DJ Seun was awesome and kept the vibes on the dance floor high all night, and all of the guests loved Charles at the photobooth!

The Springs Waxahachie was the most perfect venue. We did their full package, and it was absolutely incredible!!! Our coordinator, DJ, catering/bar staff, and venue staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect, and I would 1000% recommend the Springs (and especially their full package) to anyone looking for a low-stress, wonderful wedding planning experience.

Absolutely LOVE The Springs Waxahachie! From our very first visit, my husband and I knew that The Springs would be the perfect place to have our special day! They were so great to work with during the wedding planning process. Communication was top-notch and they literally answered every single detailed question we had for them! We really appreciated their constant check-ins and being so kind when navigating through wedding planning. Their space is SO beautiful which made our wedding day vision come to life! We can’t thank them enough for everything they did to create and coordinate an amazing space for our wedding day!

The Springs wedding venue was beautiful and dreamy. Reminiscent of an Italian villa. Our daughter's wedding was May 2025. The wedding coordinators were delightful, effecient, and helped run the day smoothly before, during, and after the wedding. They relieved a lot of stress due to their organization and assistance. The Springs catering vendor and DJ package was worth it. The food, drinks, and music were enjoyed by everone. Many wonderful memories were made.
