We had the absolute best experience with The Springs in Waxahachie! We used the venue for the linens, DJ, coordinator, catering and the bar. It made it so easy to have all of the contacts through one business instead of multiple. For catering, we had the Italian buffet, and everyone was raving about our food. We had Lindsay and Amanda as our wedding coordinators. Lindsay worked with us throughout the planning process and was there at the beginning of our wedding day. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and made everything feel so manageable leading up to the big day. Amanda took over toward the end of the night and handled our send-off flawlessly. Both of them were amazing, so helpful, and truly made the entire day and night feel effortless for Trevor and I. Thanks to them, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. They handled any issues without Trevor and I even knowing until after we got back from our honeymoon! We can’t recommend this venue and especially Lindsay and Amanda enough!

The Perfect Day
Working with Hannah P as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. From day one, she was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. No matter how big or small the request, Hannah handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and a calm confidence that made the whole experience feel seamless. What stood out most was her responsiveness. Throughout the past year, she was always quick to reply, thorough in her answers, and proactive in making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Hannah consistently made us feel supported and reassured every step of the way. The venue as a whole was just as impressive. The entire team was communicative, organized, and clearly committed to providing an exceptional experience. Every interaction reflected their dedication and attention to detail, which made a huge difference in reducing stress and keeping everything on track. Thanks to Hannah and the venue team, our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. We are so grateful for their hard work, flexibility, and genuine care—they truly made our day unforgettable. -

We had such an amazing experience at The Springs in Waxahachie! Their communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They made everything feel smooth, organized, and stress-free, which meant so much during such a busy time. We’re so grateful for their team and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding 🤍 We cannot say thank you enough to our day of coordinator, Alex Koerth. Alex was truly a dream to work with and such a special part of our wedding day. From the start, she made us feel completely taken care of—helping build a thoughtful timeline, confirming every vendor, and making sure no detail was overlooked. On the wedding day, Alex went above and beyond in every way. She handled all the coordination and decor setup so seamlessly, and somehow kept everything running perfectly while also bringing the calmest, kindest energy to the entire day. Knowing Alex was there allowed us to fully relax, soak in every moment, and just be present with each other and our loved ones. Additionally, Our DJ, Daven, was amazing! He really took the time to listen to our preferences and brought our vision to life perfectly. The music and overall vibe were spot on all night, and the dance floor stayed full of life—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are so, so grateful for everything The Springs team did to make our day feel effortless and beautiful. If you’re looking for a team who genuinely cares and will treat your wedding like it’s their own, The Springs is the one. We can’t recommend them enough 🤍 -

Once I saw the venue online, I knew that this was one. The venue itself is stunning. I am fairly type B and found the wedding planning process pretty overwhelming, but luckily, they offer a package that includes catering, bar, linens, DJ, and day of coordination. On top of that, they partner with Tease to Please and B. Blumen Flower Farm, which made choosing the last of our vendors even easier. The Springs also offered several tastings so we could try different menu items and get a feel for what both the catering and bar could provide. The catering was absolutely delicious, even better the night of the wedding than it was at the tastings. The bar was amazing, and the bartenders were wonderful. Our DJ was incredible. We were assigned Steven Carroll, and he was fantastic to work with. We had a call, I sent him the playlists I had been building, and they use an app that made everything seamless for both of us. He even scheduled a follow up call the week before just to check in. He did not miss a single beat and had almost everyone out on the dance floor with no line dances needed. I truly cannot thank Steve enough. The biggest blessing of the entire process was our day of coordinator, LINDSAY LEMMONS. The woman you are. From the moment she showed up, everything felt completely seamless. She handled every detail big and small, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy each moment without a single worry. She managed the timeline flawlessly, kept our vendors in sync, and somehow anticipated needs we did not even realize we had. When tiny hiccups popped up, she handled them quietly before we even knew they existed. Our ceremony flowed beautifully, our reception ran perfectly, and I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Thanks to her, our wedding day felt effortless, organized, and perfect. And she truly thought of everything. Once the bar opened, she already had my drink waiting for me. From the moment she arrived to the moment she left, she made sure I had everything I needed. She was the perfect partner in crime for the final stretch of wedding planning, and I could not be more grateful that she was our coordinator. We could not recommend her more. Tease to Please did our hair and makeup, and they were perfect. Laci Coker did our hair and gave every girl exactly what she wanted, even those who told her to just freestyle. I really wanted to wear my natural curls, and Laci made it happen. She enhanced my curls so they looked flawless all night. Tiffany Pham did our makeup, and she was incredible. I was convinced I would need a full redo after our first look and private vows because I was sobbing, but my makeup did not budge. Both girls were amazing and so much fun to have with us during the getting ready process. For florals, we used B. Blumen Flower Farm. I already followed her on IG, so I knew the arrangements would be amazing. But I was still a little nervous because I did not really have a color scheme. I just sent her the bridesmaids' and the moms' dresses and let her do her magic. And it was literal magic. I know I am biased, but I truly do not think I have ever seen more beautiful flowers. They brought everything to life. I cannot express how grateful I am for everyone who helped make our day perfect. Every single vendor we had was the perfect fit and helped with anything and everything we could have dreamed of. If you are considering booking, DO IT! It is so worth it. -

Best venue in Texas!
We just got married at the springs in Waxahachie this past weekend and we cannot be more happy with how our wedding turned out! We did their package and all of our vendors were absolutely AMAZING! Our day of coordinator Lindsay was seriously a mind reader by time I noticed anything she had already done it! Our DJ Steven was the life of the party we had the most amount of people on a dance floor that I have ever seen at a wedding! Our bartenders Leylany and Madison were great prepping some delicious espresso martinis! Our catering staff was so attentive even going out of their way by fill up the water glasses on our tables. It was the best day of our entire lives and we recommend this venue to everyone! -

Truly working with the Springs Waxahachie was an absolute dream! From the beginning to end, coordinators Addie and her assistants Hannah & Hannah made my wedding day perfect. The communication and execution made my day completely stress free. I HIGHLY recommend hiring day of coordinators, especially at the springs with Addie and her team. The day was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t have dreamed of anything better. My guests said it was like twilight and I couldn’t agree more, the butterflies were out and the trees gave the most amazing atmosphere. The venue overall was absolutely stunning and all of my guests raved about the catering from our premier selections and bar service, they said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to. We chose herb crusted tenderloin & pecan crusted chicken and the steak was so tender & chicken cooked to perfection! We didn’t get to do a personal tasting before because I was actually an out of state bride from Las Vegas, but we were so happy with how it turned out. I never felt really stressed about any part of planning because of the in house team. The springs Waxahachie team was SO helpful with every small detail. If I could relive this day again I would! -

Amazing staff!
I absolutely would get married here again if I got to plan my wedding all over again. The team was amazing and always so helpful.
Throughout the planning process if I needed pictures/ information regarding the venue Shelby was a text message away and she always replied promptly! As for the our Day of Event Coordinator Addie was absolutely amazing. She was on top of it meeting with my husband and myself before our big day! The day of was amazing we didn't stress about a single thing everything flowed smoothly, Addie was on top of it giving me updates, she helped steam out my dress, and adapted to quick changes the day of. Addie was phenomenal we don't think our wedding would've been the same without her!! We were so happy with how everything turned out and most of all with the springs team. The two wonderful young ladies that stayed till the end I believe one was named Sam and I can't remember the other lady's name they were both so wet and helpful!
Making sure we were taken care of throught our special day. -

We got married at The Springs in Waxahachie May 31st and absolutely loved the venue! We used the Springs day of coordinator, DJ, and photobooth. Lindsay was our day of coordinator, and she was very communicative and thorough leading up to the day and made the day stress-free. Our DJ Seun was awesome and kept the vibes on the dance floor high all night, and all of the guests loved Charles at the photobooth! -

Dreamy venue
Goodness, this place is beautiful!
The Tuscan-style venue made all of our wedding dreams come true.
This venue is so beautiful and is a must see in person venue. This location is reasonably priced and surrounded by magnificent beauty. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous the whole property was. What also makes it amazing, is you don't have to decorate much because it's already so pretty by itself. The bridal suite is the biggest bridal suite I've seen. It was the perfect place to get ready in. Shelby and Megan are so quick to respond to emails and so helpful with everything. The venue was beautiful and the day was PERFECT!!! We have heard nothing but positive comments from the guests who attended our wedding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

I could rave about the Springs in Waxahachie ALL. DAY. LONG!!! Walking through the venue outside feels like you’re walking through a fairytale. Seriously, it’s pure magic. It’s without a doubt the most stunning venue I’ve ever seen, our wedding guests couldn’t stop complimenting it! Communication with the venue was also seamless from start to finish. They really make you feel like family and were so accommodating! I love the flexibility they have with vendors and how you get to truly transform the space however you want (although it doesn’t need much because it’s breathtaking on its own.) I would have my wedding here over and over again ❤️ -

Best Wedding Venue in DFW!
The Springs Waxahachie was an absolute dream wedding venue!! My husband and I fell in love with the beautiful landscape the second we saw it. All of our guests said they felt like they were in a fairytale on our wedding day! No one could believe we were in Texas! Every person that I worked with and communicated with at the Springs was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful they really made working with them so easy. While I am sure they get a bunch of emails and questions every day they were always super responsive! I also really liked how they hosted open houses every month or two so we were able to visit the venue multiple times before our wedding day. This also helped us meet other vendors as well that we ended up working with. I also think it is worth noting that their bridal and grooms suite are a very good size. I had 12 women plus 4 hair/makeup artists in the bridal suite and it wasn't cramped at all. Our wedding day was exactly how we dreamed it would be and more! This venue is truly one of a kind and I cannot give them enough praise for how amazing our day was!! -

My wife and I had the most magical wedding here in early March. The venue is stunning, both inside and out. One of the standout features is its seclusion; it's perfectly tucked away, offering a private, intimate atmosphere without being too far from the city. It truly felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by our closest family and friends.
The staff were incredibly helpful, making the setup of the floor plan and ceremony effortless. Our planner coordinated seamlessly with the venue team, ensuring everything went smoothly. After the big day, my wife realized she had left her phone and several other items in the bridal suite. The staff were quick to retrieve them for us the very next day, just in time for our honeymoon departure.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, secluded, and well-organized wedding location. -

Best venue!
This is the first and ONLY venue we visited. We knew this was the one!! We had a June wedding with The Springs in Waxahachie. It is such a beautiful venue with all the Tuscan vibes. The property and all the greenery is so pretty you almost don’t even need to decorate much aside from the reception hall. The details of the venue like the vines on the walls, the fountains, the little bridge in the outside courtyard area add the perfect touch. The girls that work here have been amazing since day one of touring and throughout the entire process all the way up to the day of the wedding. They’re very responsive if you text and have any questions or need to visit the venue to plan set up of things. There are multiple ceremony sites and we chose the chapel. Let me just say it is STUNNING. We loved our experience with the springs and highly recommend! Oh and they’re also pet friendly!!! We loved having our bestie gal walk the aisle as the ring bearer -

From day one of communicating with the staff at The Springs in Waxahachie, we were pleased with the service. Chelsea was very hands-on and readily available. She was in constant communication with us, answering every question and providing details to us as well as our other vendors. On our wedding day, The Springs was transformed into our fairytale wedding. It was everything that we imagined and more. The grounds provided an enchanted background for our wedding photographs. Thank you to everyone at The Springs who played a role in our amazing wedding day. -

My daughter had her ceremony in the new chapel, which is just absolutely gorgeous. It hardly needed much decor because the stone, wood and architect are so lovely. The staff was very pleasant to work with, always answering questions promptly. Everything was executed flawlessly the day of the wedding. Hands-down would recommend! -

The place is wonderful, very magic, I loved all the big tress, even with a lot of rain the pictures turn out wonderful!!
I was just disappointed at the new staff, I paid for the security to be there till 9pm and when was a little before 8pm the girl was already closing everything and I felt that I was basically being kicked off, It look like she didn’t even wanted to be there. But that was the only negative point. -
