Willow Creek Weddings and Events

Our experience with this venue was a bit of a rollercoaster, as the previous owners were difficult to work with. It is to my understanding that the new owners are completely separate from the previous owners and the venue is better off for it. Our experience ended on an incredibly high note thanks to the new ownership and, most importantly, the amazing day-of coordinator, Brittney. When we first booked, the venue was under different ownership and, to be honest, the communication and overall vibe left us uneasy. Fortunately, the venue changed hands before our wedding, and while we had very minimal direct contact with the new owners, they made some great improvements in a short amount of time and even offered items that the previous owners upcharged for, completely free of charge.

The real star of our day, was Brittney. There was a stressful moment when a power issue popped up during the wedding, and while that could have been a total nightmare, Brittney handled everything calmly, quickly, and professionally. She truly went above and beyond in every single way managing all the moving parts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure we could fully enjoy our day without getting caught up in the chaos. She exceeded every expectation we had and then some.

Despite the bumps with the previous owners, the day turned out beautifully, and we’re so grateful for the way everything came together especially thanks to Brittney’s hard work and dedication. I cannot speak on the new ownership much as we again had very little contact with them, but I can say that the issues we had with the previous owners were not a concern once the new ownership was in place. I am aware of negative reviews from the previous ownership but be aware that they are no longer involved in the venue.

There may be nothing more terrifying than having the venue you’ve had booked for your wedding be sold after you’ve put down your money. We were uncertain, scared that promises weren’t going to be kept or balances transferred. Unsure if our dream location was going to be vastly different than our hopes.

Absolutely nothing could have been better than what we experienced. The property was beautiful, the amenities that we booked were beyond expectation, and the communication was wonderful from the transition through to the end of the ceremony.

No one’s ideal wedding includes a deluge of rain that threaten’s your bride’s dreams but Rylan navigated it and got us our exit photos flawlessly as she played Al Roker while also masterfully coordinating everything else during the night. Seriously, that girl needs a raise. An absolute boss.

We were blessed to find this place, concerned that we thought we lost it, then so blown away that it was improved and better than what we had booked.

Willow Creek was a DREAM!!! We chose the all inclusive package. For busy brides… DO IT!!! Planning a wedding, working full time, and grad school, Willow Creek made it the most fun, easy, and most importantly STRESS FREE process!!! The vendors are top of the line!! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to make this day the absolute best!!!!

We are excited to have our wedding coming up on 4/12/25! So far all staff members have been great with communicating with us throughout the process. Not only is this such a beautiful venue but the team makes you feel apart of family! Highly recommend this venue and this team!

My fiance and I are super excited about getting married on 08 24 25 at this venue. The scenery and the whole venue overall is breathtaking taking. I would recommend everyone to get married here. The owners and staff are simply amazing and will work with you to make your wedding day perfect. The price is great for everything you will have an access to. 😀

An absolutely stunning venue! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They were very quick to answer any of my questions. Our day of coordinator through the venue was a freaking rockstar! She made our day go pretty perfectly! I would recommend this venue over and over again!

Beautiful venue has so many great photo ops for your day! Planning process was made easy by the amazing staff who kept in constant communication throughout. Staff were so helpful and made sure the day of ran as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

From the very first tour, I knew this was our venue! It had absolutely everything we could want. The getting ready house was spacious and allowed everyone to get ready comfortably. The Atrium is absolutely stunning and I will never regret getting married in front of those stunning windows. The reception hall was huge and was able to accommodate our huge family and we absolutely loved the photo wall!

The staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating. They are amazing with communication which is a HUGE deal when planning a wedding.

They have tons of decor that you can rent which is what we ended up doing!

This venue also includes a day-of coordinator (just be aware if you’re getting married in the winter that they charge a little extra if they’re needed before 4pm) which helped make our day run very smooth. They also handle hiring the bartender and the security for you so that was a huge relief!

All in all, my day was absolutely magical and I could not recommend this venue enough. It was at the top of my budget but absolutely worth it!

My wedding is May 8th 2024 and willow creek has been so amazing at helping me plan my wedding without any stress! They were able to squeeze me in to do my engagement photos last minute. They also include so many extra amenities with the exclusive package. I am so thankful that i found them! Thank you for all the help you have done for my fiancé and I!

Our wedding isn’t until 12/07/2024. I’m so glad we chose Willow Creek. What they have to offer is definitely worth the price. We chose this venue because it depicts both of our personalities. We love the southern elegance vibe. I can’t wait to get married there.
