A light & airy wedding venue with arboretum garden feels, without the arboretum price point. Only 30 minutes South of Dallas, in Waxahachie, TX, our venue accommodates up to 300 guests, but can also host more intimate weddings in our smaller space - the atrium.
We are BYOB, Affordable and Open Vendor (minus bartender & security)!
We focus on taking the stress out of venue shopping, wedding planning and wedding day! We offer A LOT with our venue included in your price, like all tables & chairs (including setup/breakdown), 3 different bar setup options (one being a mobile vintage trailer bar), a WHOLE house for the bridal party to get ready in, pre-decorated ceremony & reception space, sounds system, lapel mic for DJ, uplighting to your colors, wine barrels, draping and so much more!
We offer affordable in-house add-ons, such as decor packages, day-of-coordination, photo booths, yard games & more! Then, wrap up the finishes with our preferred vendor list (we also welcome outside vendors). Offering flexibility to create your dream wedding with ease!

Facilities and Capacity
Start your day in the 2,000-square-foot Wedding Party House, a comfortable cottage that has a living room, kitchen, and three get-ready suites. The main suite features multiple vanities areas, in front of which you can apply makeup and get dressed. Another lounge comes with cable TV, a pool table, gaming system, a shower, and an iron. Nearby, a classic Red Barn with white trim, a covered pavilion, and a built-in bar is provided for cocktail hours, lawn games, and pre-ceremony cocktails. Vows can be exchanged in a charming white chapel gazebo that boasts a wooden bridge aisle, a cobblestone walkway, and a full sound system. During inclement weather, you and your partner can host your ceremony in the Atrium. This breathtaking room is climate controlled and features sliding glass doors, French windows, white chandeliers, and a fireplace. Your guests can relax and enjoy refreshments in the Atrium and on the 65-foot back porch, which is connected to the Reception Hall. This impressive ballroom has six crystal chandeliers, a 15-foot stage, a 12-foot granite bar with keg taps, large arching windows, and a spacious dance floor.

New Ownership!
The real star of our day, was Brittney. There was a stressful moment when a power issue popped up during the wedding, and while that could have been a total nightmare, Brittney handled everything calmly, quickly, and professionally. She truly went above and beyond in every single way managing all the moving parts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure we could fully enjoy our day without getting caught up in the chaos. She exceeded every expectation we had and then some.
Despite the bumps with the previous owners, the day turned out beautifully, and we’re so grateful for the way everything came together especially thanks to Brittney’s hard work and dedication. I cannot speak on the new ownership much as we again had very little contact with them, but I can say that the issues we had with the previous owners were not a concern once the new ownership was in place. I am aware of negative reviews from the previous ownership but be aware that they are no longer involved in the venue.

Absolutely nothing could have been better than what we experienced. The property was beautiful, the amenities that we booked were beyond expectation, and the communication was wonderful from the transition through to the end of the ceremony.
No one’s ideal wedding includes a deluge of rain that threaten’s your bride’s dreams but Rylan navigated it and got us our exit photos flawlessly as she played Al Roker while also masterfully coordinating everything else during the night. Seriously, that girl needs a raise. An absolute boss.
We were blessed to find this place, concerned that we thought we lost it, then so blown away that it was improved and better than what we had booked.
Dreamy. Perfect.

We love Willow Creek!
The staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating. They are amazing with communication which is a HUGE deal when planning a wedding.
They have tons of decor that you can rent which is what we ended up doing!
This venue also includes a day-of coordinator (just be aware if you’re getting married in the winter that they charge a little extra if they’re needed before 4pm) which helped make our day run very smooth. They also handle hiring the bartender and the security for you so that was a huge relief!
All in all, my day was absolutely magical and I could not recommend this venue enough. It was at the top of my budget but absolutely worth it!

I love working at Willow Creek! They are constantly improving the facilities for vendors and clients--making for a truly easy wedding day experience. I especially appreciate the easy load-in and load-out when hauling large floral designs and boxes. Makes my job so much easier! Also, the outdoor space lends so well to great floral installs.
Willow Creek Wedding & Events Venue is a beautiful venue with a creek running through it, with a lot of different photo opportunities. It's located in a secluded area but easily accessible, just minutes from either I-35 or Hwy 287. The owner and staff are good people and great to work with. They are constantly making enhancements to the property to ensure a wonderful experience for any event, big or small, day or night, during any season.
What can be said about this venue that hasn't already been said? It's perfect! They paid the ultimate attention in all of the right places and provide the bride and groom and vendors an unforgettable wedding experience. If you haven't toured this venue yet, make sure it's on your list!
