Our experience with this venue was a bit of a rollercoaster, as the previous owners were difficult to work with. It is to my understanding that the new owners are completely separate from the previous owners and the venue is better off for it. Our experience ended on an incredibly high note thanks to the new ownership and, most importantly, the amazing day-of coordinator, Brittney. When we first booked, the venue was under different ownership and, to be honest, the communication and overall vibe left us uneasy. Fortunately, the venue changed hands before our wedding, and while we had very minimal direct contact with the new owners, they made some great improvements in a short amount of time and even offered items that the previous owners upcharged for, completely free of charge.
The real star of our day, was Brittney. There was a stressful moment when a power issue popped up during the wedding, and while that could have been a total nightmare, Brittney handled everything calmly, quickly, and professionally. She truly went above and beyond in every single way managing all the moving parts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure we could fully enjoy our day without getting caught up in the chaos. She exceeded every expectation we had and then some.
Despite the bumps with the previous owners, the day turned out beautifully, and we’re so grateful for the way everything came together especially thanks to Brittney’s hard work and dedication. I cannot speak on the new ownership much as we again had very little contact with them, but I can say that the issues we had with the previous owners were not a concern once the new ownership was in place. I am aware of negative reviews from the previous ownership but be aware that they are no longer involved in the venue. -

Such an amazing team. Book it!
There may be nothing more terrifying than having the venue you’ve had booked for your wedding be sold after you’ve put down your money. We were uncertain, scared that promises weren’t going to be kept or balances transferred. Unsure if our dream location was going to be vastly different than our hopes.
Absolutely nothing could have been better than what we experienced. The property was beautiful, the amenities that we booked were beyond expectation, and the communication was wonderful from the transition through to the end of the ceremony.
No one’s ideal wedding includes a deluge of rain that threaten’s your bride’s dreams but Rylan navigated it and got us our exit photos flawlessly as she played Al Roker while also masterfully coordinating everything else during the night. Seriously, that girl needs a raise. An absolute boss.
We were blessed to find this place, concerned that we thought we lost it, then so blown away that it was improved and better than what we had booked. -

Willow Creek was a DREAM!!! We chose the all inclusive package. For busy brides… DO IT!!! Planning a wedding, working full time, and grad school, Willow Creek made it the most fun, easy, and most importantly STRESS FREE process!!! The vendors are top of the line!! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to make this day the absolute best!!!!

My fiance and I are super excited about getting married on 08 24 25 at this venue. The scenery and the whole venue overall is breathtaking taking. I would recommend everyone to get married here. The owners and staff are simply amazing and will work with you to make your wedding day perfect. The price is great for everything you will have an access to. 😀 -

From the very first tour, I knew this was our venue! It had absolutely everything we could want. The getting ready house was spacious and allowed everyone to get ready comfortably. The Atrium is absolutely stunning and I will never regret getting married in front of those stunning windows. The reception hall was huge and was able to accommodate our huge family and we absolutely loved the photo wall!
The staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating. They are amazing with communication which is a HUGE deal when planning a wedding.
They have tons of decor that you can rent which is what we ended up doing!
This venue also includes a day-of coordinator (just be aware if you’re getting married in the winter that they charge a little extra if they’re needed before 4pm) which helped make our day run very smooth. They also handle hiring the bartender and the security for you so that was a huge relief!
All in all, my day was absolutely magical and I could not recommend this venue enough. It was at the top of my budget but absolutely worth it! -

Can't believe I found such an amazing place
Although my wedding isn't until Oct.10.2024 I am so excited to be getting married here. The staff is SO nice and are quick to answer my emails. They never make me feel like I'm asking a stupid question or like I'm bothering them. My favorite part is that it's pet friendly so my little fur baby gets to be a part or our special day too. They let us take engagement pictures at no extra cost and the whole time my photographer was raving about how beautiful the place is. I'm so excited to be having my big day here. -

I had the hardest battle of eloping or moving forward with a wedding. Sifting through so many venues, I'm beyond blessed to have found this gem!
The owner is amazing, easy to talk to, and is open about the venue and its amenities. Pictures do not give this place justice! Walking through the atrium, party house, ceremony space, and finally the reception hall, you also get to learn about the level of detail put in place to make the wedding date just a little less stressful. I highly recommend touring if you are undecided!
I am looking forward to my wedding date on 11/16/2024 to make my dream into a reality -

This venue is just stunning! The greenery and the amount of open space for the outdoor ceremony is amazing. The gazebo definitely give it some character! The reception and atrium quarter areas are beautiful. I love the atrium as it gives the reception some extra space for any extra activities such as a Photo Booth, cocktail hour, etc. Ourbwedding will be May 26, 2024 and I can’t wait. I know everything will be beautiful. -

We loved this venue! After touring this venue, we started comparing every other venue to them, and knew it was the one for us. The staff was so friendly and helpful from our first tour, to every planning email, all the way to the big day. It was the most beautiful landscape for our celebration and called for minimal decorations. We loved how many amenities were included, and how much space we had to get ready & utilize on the day of. The white gazebo was our favorite part and made for a beautiful ceremony space! I would 10/10 recommend this venue to everyone!Willow Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

My daughter originally wanted a small intimate wedding in a secluded area until she stumbled across Willow Creek online. Once she got the tour of the venue she fell in love with it and decided to do a traditional style wedding and reception.
The wedding day turned out perfect! We had so many compliments on the venue. Bailey and the other workers went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Willow Creek. -

This venue is amazing. It’s absolutely beautiful and speaks for itself! There’s so many places to take great photos and super spacey for bigger weddings. I had about 150 attend my wedding and everyone continuously stated how beautiful the venue was. I think one of my favorite parts was the bridal and groom suites! There was so much space so we could run around and not feel like we were walking all over each other. We also had the most amazing day of coordinator. She was on point and made my day run so smoothly! With all of her help I was able to just focus on walking down the aisle and focus on having the best night of my life. It was just perfect and I couldn’t be happier 🤍 make sure to read through all the contracts and let your family know whats expected of them at the end of the night and it’ll go smoothly. I wouldn’t even dare try imagining our wedding being located anywhere else. Willow Creek was the only venue we visited and we immediately knew it was the one. They provided the absolute most perfect setting for our 12.2.22 wedding. This venue truly is beautiful and everyone was so incredibly kind, especially Haley who helped make our day perfect and was patient with all my anxieties (lol). All parts of this venue was perfect, from the amazing gazebo, beautiful reception hall, and super cute and cozy house where we were able to get ready. Getting to get dressed, have our ceremony, and party all night long in the same location was perfect!! And such a dream. The Perfect Venue
Willow Creek Wedding Venue is the absolute perfect venue for ALL your needs. From having a gorgeous ceremony outside to a cocktail hour that is separated from your reception hall, your guests never have to leave! The venue has an on-site Bridal and Groom Suite for the bride, mothers, bridesmaids, etc to all get ready with a make-up room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and separate rooms for the bride and mothers to get ready in. The grooms suite has a TV, pool table, card table, etc to make the groom, fathers, groomsmen, and whoever else comfortable before the big day! This venue was my first viewed venue, and after seeing the property, what they offer, and the overall setup, I never looked anywhere else! Bar Betty was used for a grilled cheese bar at my wedding, but can be used as a second bar, drink station, etc. If you want a country style wedding, this venue works. If you want an elegant/formal wedding (like myself) this venue works! They have options for any style and dream you have your heart set on. Everything and everyone was so accommodating, I would recommend Willow Creek Wedding Venue to everyone in the DFW metroplex!Willow Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

Willow Creek was my selected venue and I was able to choose before I ever saw the venue in person. (Crazy, right?!) I felt so welcomed and appreciated from the first inquiry. They were super responsive, had a lot of information on their website and were very friendly. The venue rental comes with a lot of things included so it's close to being a one stop shop. The property is beautiful and only needs a small amount of decor. I loved everything about working with them and am looking for another event to have to use the space again. This venue is amazing.
I got married at Willow Creek in July. The venue is so cute. The space is everything. From the day I had my tour, the staff was so helpful. They’re super sweet, and really will do whatever they can to help make your day the way your want it to be. They offer a lot of resources and advice throughout the planning process. This venue is gorgeous on it's own, before you even start to decorate it. I love that it has the house for the bridal party with his and hers area. It was a nice breeze outside on my day. Everything was beautiful.
I got married in July 14th 2021. We loved this place since we saw it, everybody was friendly, helpful and professionally there. They were flexible because we booked the local with a short notice in advance and they helped us a lot with all the arrangements.

My experience with Willow Creek Wedding and Events was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. The day of coordinator was amazing. The planning team was amazing and they were super responsive. I planned the wedding from a different state. I felt super confident everything was going to be just how I wanted it the day of. I used the Betty Bar as a hot chocolate/coffee bar. We had our wedding here in November. The venue was beautiful and has a great outdoor space for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests loved “bar Betty” which was an RV provided by the venue. All of the staff at willow creek was very professional and quick to reply. I had the pleasure of working with Haley as our coordinator. She was quick to respond to all of my questions and made sure we had all the details sorted out. The venue can help provide linens, vases, and different decoration options. The venue also let us hold a rehearsal the night before. Alexandra organized our rehearsal and did a fantastic job of making sure everyone knew what to do. I had my vow renewal for on 7/10/21, We LOVED getting married at Willow Creek!! It is the most beautiful venue and everything is set up so conveniently. This venue was PERFECT for our big day! I especially loved the venue manager that we were assigned on the day of the wedding!! SHE WAS AMAZING!! The venue itself was beautiful. They are very communicative. We were very pleased with the service, attention to detail, and kindness shown throughout. They walked us through everything we needed to know and do to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. It was awesome to be able to have the venue for pretty much the whole day. I felt like we had ample time to get everything set up and I also loved that you can get ready at the house right there. Multiple guests commented on how beautiful it was. EVERYONE has told me what a wonderful time they had and some even the best wedding they have ever been to! The staff truly works to give you your perfect day! I could not have pulled my dream wedding off without their expertise! We were also able to bring in our own vendors, which I think cut down on costs some as well. They were truly a joy to work with and would recommend them to anyone with any wedding vision! We had the perfect wedding at Willow Creek
Willow Creek Venue and staff were seriously amazing throughout the whole entire planning process. I am so happy that I chose to have our wedding at Willow Creek. The day of our wedding it was suppose to rain ALL day. The staff was calm and encouraged my optimism when I said, "it is not going to rain!" It ended up not raining and we were all so happy! They made the reception and clean up go smoothly. It was seriously amazing! They also let you go on property to take bridals...and yall...the venue is GORGEOUS for those!!! I highly recommend Willow Creek for any brides wanting an outside, rustic-ish wedding that is still elegant and fun!!Willow Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

Garden wedding dream come true
Willow creek was the most amazing venue I could have asked for in regards to my wedding. We got engaged February 2020 and quickly booked at willow creek early March 2020. It didn’t take us long to find a beautiful venue that fit our style and budget. We recently had our big day on April 11th. The venue managers and day of coordinator (Jenn) and bar staff were so lovely to work with, and honestly helped in every way they could. They didn’t charge crazy fees and weren’t picky about what vendors could or could not be at my wedding. This was important to me because I had a lot of friends and family doing things like floral, cake, sweets, video and more. The bridal house was a huge selling point for us, because we have large families and wanted to also give the groom a good space to hang out in all day instead of some small bedroom. Overall, the day couldn’t have been any more perfect when it comes to Texas weather, as we found ourselves in low 80s and mid 70s by nightfall. We were able to enjoy their outdoor Bar Betty trailer during the reception and have an indoor bar inside. The only negative side to the venue is it may be a little further away from the highways, or downtown Dallas, but I’m telling you it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! This made it quiet and peaceful. We kept hearing from guests that this was one of the most beautiful weddings they attended, and I give the credit to this beautiful garden like venue that made my dreams come true. Willow Creek was just right for our daughter's small, intimate wedding! They offer a beautiful house where the bride and groom can get ready and hang out with their groups. The site offers many different settings for photos and has indoor and outdoor areas. The site staff was very helpful and very accommodating when we had to postpone the wedding from May to November due to COVID-19.

I booked them in October 2018 for a February wedding. For over a year and a half I worked with them to make my day a success and it was everything I wanted. Sydney is so sweet and amazing and easy to work with. She was there to answer any of my questions that I had and always gave a response pretty fast. What I loved about this venue is I could go there as many times that I wanted and since I booked a long engagement it really came in handy. When they build and made this place they took everything into consideration with every detail down to exits and decor. Without adding anything this venue is absolutely beautiful and the atrium is what sold it for me. They offer a lot of free stuff you can use and plenty of awesome rentals. I love how they have a different rental on sale every month in their newsletter and I did a lot of my rentals when they were on sale. The day of all of the staff was amazing and I didn’t feel any glitches or anything. I had a wedding coordinator on top of all the staff Willowcreek provides the day of so everything was taken care of. My coordinator really talked about how amazing they are to work with and how easy going they are. I really can’t recommend enough how amazing this venue and the staff are. Baby Shower venue that stunned!
We booked the Willow Creek reception venue for our baby shower and it was the perfect backdrop to a beautiful shower. We immediately fell in love with the large windows that surrounded the space. The natural light really created such a bright, happy space for this happy event. Our guests told us over and over again how beautiful the venue was and I have to agree! My fiancé and I are so excited to get married here! During our tour, Sydney was incredible and answered every question we had before we could even ask it! She was diligent with showing us every detail and making sure that we felt comfortable and listened to. She took the time to get to know us and hear our story before taking us through the venue and was genuinely excited to hear our ideas for the wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning and is perfect for any season due to the different ceremony/reception venue options. Communication has been spot on and they have kept us up to date on everything we would need to know! I can’t wait to get married here. It’s beautiful and everything is built beautifully that I cannot find any faults with walking areas, scenery, photo ops, and overall design of the ceremony and reception area. Booking with them was a breeze and everything was explained to the last detail. There are no hidden fees or insane expenses and they include a lot in the service. Contacting them with any questions and other tours has been very professional and fast. Where to start, first this venue was completely breath taking. My experience and working with them was overall amazing. I couldn't be any happier that I was able to have my wedding here. They were so nice and helpful through out the whole time. It's a beautiful venue and I cannot tell you how many compliments I got from having my wedding at this venue. I can honestly say leading up to the wedding day, I knew it was going to be a disaster.
The flower guy was trying to cancel on us... several other things were happenings.
Sydney being 7-8 months Pregnant was Absolutely amazing. She calmed my nerves and was there for any questions I had. She was very very refreshing! Very Much appreciated!
The wedding day will be something we always hold close to our hearts and was more then I expected. Couldn’t have done it without the staff!

Willow Creek Wedding and Events Venue was the best venue for our wedding! The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We got the opportunity to work with Sydney and many of their great staff during the planning. Sydney made it so easy for us to be able to communicate via email almost everything, I cannot stress the importance of effective communication during the busiest moments of your life, so we cannot thank Sydney enough for always keeping us on top of things. Overall...Willow Creek played a huge part in the success of our weekend and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that.
Reflecting back on our special day I wouldn’t change a single thing. The venue was stunning, the staff were amazing, and we had the time of our lives!

We LOVED getting married at Willow Creek!! It is the most beautiful venue and everything is set up so conveniently. They are very communicative and walked us through everything we needed to know and do to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. It was awesome to be able to have the venue for pretty much the whole day. I felt like we had ample time to get everything set up and I also loved that you can get ready at the house right there, so I could pop into the reception area and make sure everything was set up in between getting hair and makeup done. Multiple guests commented on how beautiful it was. We were also able to bring in our own vendors, which I think cut down on costs some as well. Willow Creek and the staff are absolutely amazing. We had the most pleasant experience. Our rehearsal dinner and reception were both held at the venue. The coordinators helped every step of the way and were just an email away anytime we had questions or needed advice, and were accommodating of all requests and needs. Willow Creek and their staff was a joy to work with. We booked are venue a year in advance but didn’t start planning until a few months before our big day. (Team last minute 😂) Thankfully, Willow Creek has an amazing list of preferred vendors that helped make our day exceed all expectations. We received so many compliments about the beauty of the venue and friendliness of all the staff. I’d recommend this venue to any and everyone! Willow Creek Ranch is the most stunning location. Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful it was. THERE ARE CHANDELIERS IN THE TREES. Really, Sue & Ed are a delight to work with, super helpful, and the in-house Florist, Bethany really does make dreams come true.
The location had it all - a newly renovated bridal suite, dance floor, bar, furniture, separate ceremony location, tons of photoshoot opportunities, it's stunning. Highly recommend. -

Willow creek caught my eye at the very beginning of my wedding planning and it stuck with me to the very end. Their flexibility with our January wedding was wonderful. In Texas the weather can turn in an instant and they have the option of outside or inside and both options have their own beauty to add to your day and your photos. They include quite a few items in their price for the venue and the items that are not included are all very reasonably priced. They were all so kind, welcoming, and understanding with us and answered all our questions every step of the way. It was the first time that I had performed a wedding at this venue, and let me tell you how nice and professional everybody was. Melissa, the venue manager, met with me and showed me the equipment that I could use and was very accommodating and super nice. She kept asking if I needed anything or had any questions, and she was always very easy to find if I did need something or had a question. I also had the pleasure of meeting the venue owners that evening at the wedding. They were guests of the groom's mother. They were also accommodating and had a few questions about my equipment and how I use wireless signals to hook into their system. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST Willow Creek to anybody looking to get married there. It is beautiful and pristine, and you won't regret it!Willow Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

Great venue and the day was absolutely a perfect day! I love the bridge there, it is my favorite feature! The bridal suite is awesome and just the perfect place! Our wedding day was special because of Willow Creek!
