The Springs in Alvarado is a wedding venue based out of Alvarado, Texas. Located 40 minutes southwest of Dallas and 30 minutes south of Fort Worth, this rustic lodge was inspired by cabins based around the Rockies. This secluded property allows couples and their guests to escape the busy city and celebrate in harmony amongst loved ones and nature.

The wooden Timberview Lodge at The Springs in Alvarado flawlessly blends in with its naturalistic surroundings. Idyllic in appearance and style, this charming event space offers a cozy spot for you to celebrate long into the night. Featuring wooden flooring, exposed beams, a stone fireplace, and wall-to-ceiling windows, this lodge-style venue makes for unforgettable ceremonies, banquets, and receptions. You and your loved one can exchange vows at the foot of the fireplace with striking views of the surrounding areas on show behind the expansive windows. On the opposite side of the hall is a beautiful staircase that can be used for memorable introductions at the reception. You and your partner can take center stage and arrive in style for your big day.

The Timberview Lodge can be arranged to meet many requirements and can accommodate up to 225 guests. The lodge has ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment if desired. For those seeking to make the most of the Texan sunshine, an outside pavilion makes for gorgeous ceremonies. Additional facilities include two separate dressing suites to relax and slowly get ready ahead of the big moment.

Services Offered

When booking your wedding at The Springs in Alvarado, you will be granted full access to the property for up to 15 hours if desired. The venue’s staff help to set up tables and chairs, according to the floorplan submitted by the couple ahead of time. Then, they will take it back down at the end of the evening, allowing you to immerse yourself within the festivities, not worrying about any small detail.

Rental items such as chairs, tables, and furniture are also included in your rental price for further convenience. An on-site event attendant will also make sure that the bathroom will be stocked throughout the event and will assist you with any venue-related concerns, such as dimming the light, bumping the a/c up, etc. Finally, the venue team will provide you a list of trusted vendors who have previously worked at the property. Outside vendors are also permitted should you require them.
