Warwick Melrose - Dallas is a historic hotel located in Dallas, Texas. This elegant setting features both indoor and outdoor venues for your ceremony and reception. The experienced staff is dedicated to making your dreams come true, and bringing your vision to life. Warwick Melrose - Dallas was built in 1924, and offers luxurious accommodations with modern amenities.

Facilities and Capacity

The newly constructed Turtle Creek Grand Ballroom is a spectacular wedding venue featuring 16-foot-high ceilings, timeless crystal chandeliers in an elegant décor, with a capacity of 340+ guests. With a sophisticated setting, your event attendees have their own private entrance through the foyer which sets the scene for your special event.

For a more classic setting, the Grand Crystal Ballroom can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 200 guests. This 2,400-square-foot space features 11-foot ceilings, and showcases crystal chandeliers throughout. If you prefer an outdoor affair, the gorgeous Terrace adjacent to the Bridewell Suite is the perfect space. Each venue offers flexible floor plans, natural lighting and state-of-the-art sound systems. A wooden parquet dance floor is available for you to dance the night away.

This historic hotel will work with you to create the menu of your dreams. They offer multiple options, including butler passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres, a buffet, stations or a plated meal. Dessert and bar packages are also available.

Accommodations

This Four-Diamond AAA hotel offers 184 guest rooms for your friends and family to stay in. Of these luxurious rooms, 21 are suites, including a Presidential Suite. Each room exudes old-world elegance and high levels of comfort. Some options even boast views of Dallas. Your guests will have access to their newly renovated fitness center, dining options such as The Landmark Restaurant and The Library cocktail lounge and 24-hour room service.

An Unforgettable Wedding Weekend at an Iconic Venue

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations — the staff was incredibly accommodating, our guests had a wonderful experience, and the food & drinks were outstanding. The entire weekend felt seamless thanks to the attentive team who made sure every detail was taken care of.

What truly stood out was the incredible on-site team. The bartenders at The Library Bar kept the energy high and the drinks flowing, the concierge staff throughout the building made every guest feel welcomed, Patrick the head chef and his servers delivered the most delicious meals with flawless service, the staff at Le Spa provided such thoughtful care and relaxation, and of course, our onsite wedding planner Ashley went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

The spaces themselves made the day even more special. The exquisite Presidential Bridal Suite was the dreamiest backdrop for my bridal party to get ready together, while the Bridewell Suite served as the perfect space for the groomsmen to gather, welcome guests, and prepare for the big day. Both suites added such a sense of celebration and set the tone for everything that followed.

I’ve received so many compliments from our guests, not only about the celebration in the Turtle Creek Ballroom itself but also about their stay at the hotel. It truly made the weekend that much more meaningful to see so many of our friends and family enjoying themselves.

Our wedding was unforgettable, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing venue and the people behind it. What was already such a special landmark will forever hold an even deeper meaning for me and my growing family. Cheers to 100 more years of memories made here — I’m so grateful ours will always be a part of its history.

The Most Beautiful Ballroom in Dallas

My wife and I held our wedding reception in the Turtle Creek Ballroom at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas. There is no more beautiful ballroom in all of Dallas. Hold your wedding reception here!

Wonderful Wedding!

I got married at the Warwick Melrose a few weeks ago and this was our 3rd date due to the pandemic. Cedric and his team have been amazing throughout the pandemic and the entire process. The team was always available to me during the planning process and the weekend of the wedding. I highly recommend this venue!

Superb on all levels

The Warwick/Melrose team, led by Cedric Frazier couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with! The food was fabulous and we had chefs as part of our party and they all complimented the food, especially the starters! The team from front office, to wait staff to bartenders were professional, courteous and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of the Warwick!

Exceeded Expectations

My daughter’s wedding was held at the Warwick Melrose. Selecting this venue was the best decision we made! Kristin and the entire staff were professional, capable and truly anticipated every request before it could be made! The hotel itself is a historic beauty! The food is amazing. So many of our guest commented on the unbelievably delicious food! I have recommend me them to everyone I know with events coming up! I would not hesitate to engage their services again. The planning process with Covid-19 striking could have been incredibly stressful. However, Kristin and Francisco were so on top of the most minute details that all the stress was lifted from my shoulders! Excellent facility! Excellent staff! Excellent food!

Very accommodating and beautiful hotel!

The Warwick made us feel so special and made the entire weekend unforgettable. We worked with Kristin mostly and she was very accommodating. The food at the reception was amazing and people still talk about it. Not to mention the hotel is absolutely stunning -- people have told us over and over again how beautiful the reception was because of the hotel. The Warwick made our dream wedding a reality!!

Perfect Wedding

From our first visit to the day of, everyone at the Warwick was helpful. We had a vision but not a completed vision. They provided us with suggestions, vendor list, guidance, what to expect, experience, everything we needed and stuck with our budget. From the event planner to the waiters, everyone was wonderful. I will and have recommend the Warwick for any event. They helped my daughter and son in law have the most perfect unforgettable wedding. Thank you.

Classic Venue and Great Food

We chose the Warwick for our wedding because the hotel is so elegant and has an old world charm. We felt taken care of every step of the way and they also catered the wedding. Everyone told us how great the food was and I happen to agree- it was delicious. Our wedding was absolutely magical and I'd do it again here if I could!

I was married and had my reception here on April 29th and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and the venue itself had the perfect blend of modern amenities along with an "old school" vibe--our guests particularly loved the Library bar! But the day wouldn't have been possible without the help of Abby Rodriguez. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special wedding. From the very beginning, she made sure everything ran smoothly and helped us with food and beverage selections (the food was delicious), coordinated with outside vendors and even made sure I walked down the aisle on time. No request was too big and we felt like Abby, plus the entire hotel staff, worked tirelessly to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of. Everyone at the hotel had a such a welcoming and positive attitude that our guests felt taken care of and I think it helped set the tone for a fantastic night. I can't thank them enough for giving myself, my husband and my family a great day to remember!
