Lorenzo Hotel

I got married at the Lorenzo Hotel in Dallas on October 31, 2023 and it was truly the best day of my life! Logan Rozelle, the Events and Catering Manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I never had to worry about a thing. I have always imagined my dream Halloween wedding being classy, romantic, & heartfelt, followed by a fun reception and it was all of these things and more!

Erika LeNormand, the Sales Manager, was my initial point of contact in booking the venue, and she was great from the beginning! She was very informative & made reserving the space easy. When it was time for the menu tastings, both Erika & Logan personally joined us to make sure everything was as we requested, & it was!

The hotel graciously gave us access to the ceremony/reception spaces in the days leading up to the wedding to decorate , which was a HUGE help! (Luckily, there were no other events going on.) Logan even helped me pruning flowers at one point, bc I decided to do all of the bouquets myself. (Don't do that if you don't have to! Lol)

At the same time Logan was helping me with the wedding, he was also helping my Matron of Honor plan my bridal shower planned the day before our wedding. Originally, they had planned a pool day, but in true Texas fashion the temps dropped a few days before! They were very accommodating, moving it indoors into a perfect space that still had a pool view. Enzo's catered the bridal shower brunch & the breakfast tacos were delish! We also had a mimosa bar that had every fruit juice imaginable & it was all beautifully set up!

Checking in to the hotel was a breeze and the Cake Suite was absolutely stunning, ready for our arrival!

We had the ceremony in Toast, and even at almost 100 guests, it still felt so intimate. Side note: As I was walking into the side room to get ready to go down the aisle I caught a glimpse of Logan, Erika, and even Lauren Gillespie, the Director of Sales, and to see their 3 smiling faces present in that moment meant so much 🖤. The reception was in the Skye Ballroom & seeing every detail in place, it was truly magical! Down to the surprise black rose linen napery, there was no detail left untouched. It was everything I envisioned and more.

We chose to have plated service & the service & staff were exceptional. Our guests were served the heirloom tomato & buffalo mozzarella salad, mediterranean chicken roulade, garlic mashed potatoes & vegetable ratatouille. It was all so so good!! Logan even saved me a few mac 'n cheese balls bc I don't eat meat & he remembered me saying I hope there are a few left by the time we get in there after pics!

Logan was available & accommodating with any & all requests throughout the entire process & I could not be more grateful! Everything went smoothly & without a hitch, so I was able to be present and enjoy every single second of the best night of my life! Many thanks to the Lorenzo Hotel for making my wedding day truly THE most special day of my life!!

If you’re looking for an all inclusive venue look no further! The pricing is reasonable, the team is top notch and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. They were very responsive and friendly at every turn. As a bonus, our guest said the food is the best food they ever had at a wedding!

Having my wedding at The Lorenzo Hotel was the best decision I made when planning my wedding. Jillian was so responsive and flexible. Every question I had was answered with grace and professionalism. The hotel staff made every guest staying at the hotel feel VIP. The rooms were spotless and unique. That bridal suite was off the charts!

I highly recommend having your wedding here. I seriously cannot thank you guys enough for everything you did. Food was great and the party went all night long!
