From the very first time we toured The Cottonwood Barn, we knew it was the one. Lauren completely sold us—she was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel confident that this was where we wanted to get married. It was everything my husband and I had been looking for and more.

As we moved into the planning process, Lauren introduced us to Rayen, and I can honestly say they were both absolute godsend. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, organized, and actually enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure no detail was overlooked. I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through everything without them.

On our wedding day, everything went by so fast—just like everyone says it will! Of course, there were a few moments where people forgot where they were supposed to be or what was happening next 😅 but through it all, I never felt stressed or worried. Rayen and her assistant were always right there, stepping in exactly when needed, keeping everything on track, and making sure the day flowed seamlessly. That level of support and reassurance meant everything to me.

One of the biggest highlights we have to mention is the in-house catering. The food was absolutely incredible—honestly “to die for.” Our guests are still talking about how good everything was! It made such a lasting impression and really elevated the entire experience.

Having our wedding at Cottonwood Barn was absolutely perfect! It was a dream come true for us. I loved how it was isolated from everything to not have any extra noises, but it was only 10-15 mins from downtown. The outside area, inside area and the getting ready suites were everything we needed. Rayen helped us out the day of and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. She helped my visions come to life and it really helped for a smooth wedding day. I would 100% recommend Cottonwood Barn to others! Pricing is amazing for how beautiful the venue is.

From beginning to end, Rayen, our coordinator, was very professional. helpful, and
communicative with us about all of our questions and concerns that come with wedding planning.
Day of, she was so helpful with unloading decorations, helping with setup, and tackling any problem that came up.
After our ceremony, Jennifer took over, and was the sweetest and so willing to help with everything! She made sure we got food, kept in talks with our DJ, and made sure we stuck to our timeline, and was helpful cleaning up after we left!
Our experience with Cottonwood was nothing short of perfect, and we couldn't have done it without the help of their incredible staff!

This barn is absolutely stunning, my sister got married here a couple weeks ago and it truly was so beautiful. The team there was sooo helpful and took charge so it took the stress off my sister and I. Highly recommend this venue !!

Cottonwood was amazing! The venue is beautiful and Liz was beyond wonderful to work with. They made the planning process seamless and were so helpful throughout the whole process. Every vendor that was recommended was great to work with and definitely took all of the stress out of our day. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough! Everyone keeps telling us that it was the best wedding they have been to.

The staff is so wonderful, caring and really do everything they can to help out where was needed. Rayen and Jennifer went out of their way to work with us however they could & for them we are insanely grateful. The price of the venue is more than worth it for everything you get and the beautiful property for your wedding. Overall I recommend this venue to anyone who asks and even in bride groups on Facebook, because the Cottonwood barn made my dream wedding come true with zero stress.
