WOW…where to event start. This beautiful venue is not only incredibly intimate and special but it has the most wonderful people running it. Alee and Debbie were so helpful with literally every detail. I had NO idea all the tiny details that existed and they had an amazing packet ready with a whole check list to follow. (truly a life saver😂🙏🏻) We had a slight mishap with our first dance song and Mrs Debbie was ON it!! She came out so quick and fixed it like nothing happened. They have an entire storage room of stuff that you can use for decor and stands for signs as well which was really nice to have some extra stuff in case something gets spaced on. I could talk about the bridal sweet all day omg. 😍 For starters there is SO much space, there was roughly 15 of us getting ready up there and not once was it crowded. The pictures up there are to die for and there are endless plug ins for all of the things. There’s even two bathrooms up there!! I would pick this venue time and time again, it was worth every penny!

C&K was the venue for my wedding celebration. From the beginning of the process, C&K made this so easy and seamless. From arranging vendors to making sure things were completed and insuring I had what I needed for the event. Super kind and willing to help at any moment. It didn't feel like a business transaction, but more like you were working with family. The venue was wonderful as well. 2 houses that accommodated the 'wedding party' and getting ready, or whatever else you may need. I love the rustic nature of the venue and all that it has to offer. I literally could not have asked for a better venue or better folks to work with. Thank you C&K!!!!!

I'm getting married soon, and have been (of course) searching for just the perfect venue. Storybook Ranch is such a cool place. It has so much amazing history to it. But, this review is a five star rating, simply because of the event manager, Cameron. You can just tell that he adores this place, and his love for what he does is inspiring. He made me want to have an event there just because of his enthusiasm. He is a joy to work with, exceptionally prompt and good natured. I look forward to having future events here.

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at The Backyard Venue, and we could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived until the very last guest left, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our evening absolutely perfect. A very special thank you to Katy, who was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Katy put so much thought into every detail, making sure our color scheme, decorations, and overall vision came together beautifully. She embraced our anniversary theme and incorporated it into everything, creating an atmosphere that was even more beautiful than we had imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail made our celebration feel truly one of a kind. We also want to recognize the security officer assigned to our event. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the evening. He made sure everyone was safe while also making our guests feel welcome. One of our favorite memories was his willingness to help my husband pull off a fun prank on me—it showed that he cared about making our celebration enjoyable while still maintaining a safe environment for everyone. His positive attitude and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. Every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared that everything ran smoothly. They were always one step ahead, making sure our guests were comfortable and every detail was taken care of. Because of their dedication, we were able to relax and simply enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets The Backyard Venue apart is the incredible people behind it. Their hospitality, organization, and commitment to excellence made our special day even more memorable than we could have imagined. We are so grateful to Katy, the wonderful staff, and everyone at The Backyard Venue for helping create memories that will last a lifetime.
