Simple, Straightforward Venue Pricing

We believe planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That is why we are moving toward simple, transparent venue pricing.

2027 Venue Rental: $3,500

Your rental includes 12 hours of venue access on any available day.

For weddings with 75 or more guests, an outdoor restroom facility is also included with the venue rental.

You are welcome to create the wedding that fits your vision and budget rather than being locked into an expensive all-inclusive package.

Need help bringing everything together? We are happy to connect our couples with trusted preferred vendors, including Kelly Rentals DFW for rental needs and T & T Flower and Boutique in Sanger for beautiful wedding florals.

Both vendors work with our brides to help create beautiful celebrations while keeping affordability in mind.

Limited 2026 Wedding Special

We are currently offering a special for couples who would love to get married before the end of the year.

Remaining available 2026 dates: $1,500 venue-only rental.

Availability is limited and dates are offered on a first-come basis.
