Our property boasts multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for receptions and ceremonies to host up to 150 loved ones. Exchange vows outdoors beneath the dazzling night sky as the stars witness your special moment. We have indoor and outdoor locations for a ceremony plus a flex space patio that offers a great spot for a cocktail hour or just a place to hang out and enjoy the view. During the colder months, enjoy a ceremony and reception inside the venue's Barn, adorned with dark-stained wood posts, chandelier lighting, and original high ceilings. Our white shiplap paneling makes a perfect backdrop to highlight you and your decor. Head outside for a photoshoot against the gorgeous pond or waterfall for infinite opportunities with your photographer.

Services Offered

Our Willow Woods Barn team is here to provide a low-stress experience for you. Our wedding package includes a 15-hour rental time, in-house tables and chairs, separate outdoor chairs, table linens, rolling indoor and outdoor bar carts, and dressing areas for both parties. Our new Groom's Garage is open and gives your guys an awesome spot to hang out, play pool and get ready! To guarantee a seamless experience for outside caterers, we have a large prep kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a three-bin sink, and three large coolers for drinks and ice. Our on-site staff is committed to offering a smooth-running experience by providing all setup and breakdown of tables and chairs. Parking for up to 100 cars is also available right on our property.

We love to host photography sessions. If you're a photographer and want to use our stunning property as a backdrop to an upcoming photo shoot, let us know. If you want to have photos taken at our property, we're happy to hook you up with a professional photographer who can customize a photo shoot just for you.
