Trickle Creek Ranch & Events is a full-service wedding event venue located in Weatherford, Texas. The charming ranch could not be further from your stereotypical western ranch. Rich with majestic oak trees and wide-open spaces, the venue is versatile, offering indoor and outdoor accommodations for your special day. For a wedding with the backdrop of a fairy tale, look no further than Trickle Creek Ranch.
Facilities and Capacity
Trickle Creek Ranch provides four unique event spaces ideal for any aspect of your wedding. There’s the main event space inside the farmhouse that can accommodate up to 220 guests, so it is the perfect space for your extravagant reception. Trickle Creek Ranch also offers an outdoor covered veranda, which will work well for your cocktail hour. The ranch also offers a two-room get-ready suite with a full kitchen and living area in addition to a preparation room equipped with a makeup vanity and double mirror for all your preparation festivities with your party. An additional bunkhouse is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, smart TV, and plenty of games, including shuffleboard, poker set, cornhole, and washers.

From a prep kitchen to a fully equipped bar, Trickle Creek Ranch has got every need for your big day covered. The friendly staff is also willing to adhere to all your accommodation needs. Cuisine
Trickle Creek Ranch does not offer catering on-site. However, they do offer a semi-inclusive package that can include catering. They also have a fully equipped bar. They will be willing to work with the caterer of your choice.

While Trickle Creek Ranch doesn’t offer lodging on site, there are several local Airbnb or VRBO properties within a 10-minute drive, as well as several hotels, ensuring that all your guests will have lodging available nearby.

I had a vision of reveal doors at the end of the aisle and they were gracious enough to not only let us come build them, but they provided excellent help in building them and transporting them to the ceremony space.
We will forever cherish this beautiful space and the relationships built around it. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Venue!
The venue itself gives off a rustic yet sophisticated vibe. This offers so many options on decor, no matter your design style. The bar inside the venue was cleverly tucked in a corner, to allow for more space on the floor, and is beautifully constructed so it blends into the rustic feel nicely. If you’re having your event catered, the space in which the caterers setup is in a nice size “cubby” area, so as not to impede on the table and dance space.
And the bridal suite…let’s talk about this! So mindfully designed to allow the bridal party enough room to mingle, relax, eat, shower and yes, get ready for the big day. This space was setup in such a way that you felt you were at home. Comfortable, beautiful and calming space for the potentially anxious bride.
The groom and groomsman did not suffer either! They are provided a place to hang, eat, game, watch tv…all the things a gentleman would do at home to relax. And yes, they too had plenty of space to get ready for this very special day.
I can’t say enough about Trickle Creek. The venue owner / coordinator were so friendly, welcoming and never once made me feel foolish with some of my foolish questions. Beautiful space and wonderful people to help plan this amazing event.
