Trickle Creek is an absolutely beautiful venue with everything you could possibly need! Darrell is an amazing owner and human being. His venue and his hospitality literally felt like home. Every detail he put into the venue is breathtaking. I highly appreciated the first responder discount. The preferred vendors list was how I chose most of my vendors and they did not disappoint! Thank you for an unforgettable day! It felt like home. I will forever cherish this place and Darrell for being just a good dude and Jodi for her help as well. Best day ever!!
Such a beautiful venue with the newly added chapel!! Darrell is so amazing!! We came a ton of times to show all our people, use anything we needed, and even have the day before to set up and prep!! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our special day! The venue was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful, majestic tree standing tall outside where we held our ceremony. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how breathtaking the setting was. The tree provided such a serene and romantic atmosphere that made our ceremony even more magical, and the entire environment was just picture-perfect.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless, from start to finish. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel so cared for, and it was clear they genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. We are beyond grateful for everything the venue and its team did to make our wedding day the most memorable and beautiful day of our lives. We cannot say enough about this venue and the owners. Their communication was 10/10 and their flexibility and willingness to make our wedding day perfect was an 11/10.
I had a vision of reveal doors at the end of the aisle and they were gracious enough to not only let us come build them, but they provided excellent help in building them and transporting them to the ceremony space.

Perfect and Private
I fell in love with this venue the moment I saw the tree! When we toured the venue with Ronda we knew this was where we’d be getting married. It meant a lot to us that we had similar faiths and she was such a sweet person. Trickle Creek is a peaceful and beautiful quiet property and our guests kept commenting on every detail inside and out all night long. The grooms suite and bridal suite were perfect and very accommodating. There’s plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and beautiful areas for photography. I really appreciated how quickly Ronda responded to our questions and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Everything was super clean and prepared for us and I will definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. They also gave us a beautiful set of custom coasters and that was totally unexpected and a lovely surprise. We absolutely loved having our wedding at Trickle Creek Ranch. It’s so beautiful and still can’t get over the tree we got married under. We weren’t fans of the chairs included with renting the venue, so we just rented from an outside company. It’s such a beautiful space that can fit anyone’s style! This was our first vendor we booked way back in December 2020. And as we know, there has been a pandemic since then and everything has increased in price a ton. Trickle Creek honored their pricing and were constantly updating their venue in the meantime so we got even more than we bargained for. The venue is incredibly beautiful with a white barn, chandeliers, homey Bridal and groom suites and a stunning oak tree where we had our ceremony under. I toured a lot of venues but ultimately we chose Trickle Creek because of the large oak tree ceremony site and because of the more natural entrance - it's so beautiful there. Ronda, the venue owner at Trickle Creek, was so responsive and understanding throughout our 2.5 year process. She was flexible with multiple venue visits and take down times. She also was so understanding when my family accidentally packed up many of the venues items and gave us ample time to return them. I hope we get to come and visit the venue again. What an amazing experience this was. Trickle Creek was our first place to visit during our search for my daughters wedding. We looked at a few more and they simply did not compare. The outdoor space with the gorgeous tree as a backdrop was breathtaking. The grounds were well maintained which offered beautiful view in every direction you looked. Even the outdoor bar/reception area was a site to see.
The venue itself gives off a rustic yet sophisticated vibe. This offers so many options on decor, no matter your design style. The bar inside the venue was cleverly tucked in a corner, to allow for more space on the floor, and is beautifully constructed so it blends into the rustic feel nicely. If you’re having your event catered, the space in which the caterers setup is in a nice size “cubby” area, so as not to impede on the table and dance space.
And the bridal suite…let’s talk about this! So mindfully designed to allow the bridal party enough room to mingle, relax, eat, shower and yes, get ready for the big day. This space was setup in such a way that you felt you were at home. Comfortable, beautiful and calming space for the potentially anxious bride.
The groom and groomsman did not suffer either! They are provided a place to hang, eat, game, watch tv…all the things a gentleman would do at home to relax. And yes, they too had plenty of space to get ready for this very special day.
I can’t say enough about Trickle Creek. The venue owner / coordinator were so friendly, welcoming and never once made me feel foolish with some of my foolish questions. Beautiful space and wonderful people to help plan this amazing event.Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

We chose this venue for the gorgeous tree and wholesome owners. The owners are kind, welcoming, and readily available to answer questions. Not to mention our wedding day was perfect under the gorgeous live oak. We had SO compliments on our venue and how gorgeous the day was. This day was absolutely perfect. Amazing Venue, Amazing People!
I LOVE this venue and the owners. We got married on 7/11/22! They were so incredibly kind, helped me get everything set up, and just went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. Trickle Creek made my wedding vision come true! It is first of all, a gorgeous venue, and secondly they offer a package deal that included many vendors in the price of the venue. We opted for the package, and it included catering, floral, DJ, cake, literally everything except for attire and photographer. Even included a wedding planner! They use Something Blue Weddings as the planner, her name is HeidiBeth, and she is the most incredible person! She was on top of EVERYTHING! It made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. We still were able to do catering tastings and cake tasting, plus the floral arrangements were pulled from my Pinterest ideas and it was exactly as I pictured! The whole day went of without a single hitch, it was seriously the best day of my life, I could not be happier with our choice of venue and that we chose to go with their package plan. It was a dream, every single idea I had and vision I planned was fulfilled magnificently. I cannot recommend Trickle Creek enough!!!!!Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

We couldn't have found a better venue for our special day! This was our first venue we looked at and knew this was definitely the one for us. You will not have to go look anywhere else! Ronda was the best, she was extremely helpful and so quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the wedding. Everything was perfect! The bridal and groom suites were amazing and spacious for our bridal party to get ready. Our guests were surprised at how secluded, yet easy this gem was to find. We love Trickle Creek!
We had such an amazing experience with Trickle Creek from the first day we met, all the way until wedding day! Ronda was always so helpful and responded fast whenever I had a question and helped ease my wedding stress. Beautiful escape and well kept
When I first saw this location online, I knew I had to check this place out. The oak tree is majestic and is placed on a beautiful piece of property away from the busy city. The landscaping and facilities are well kept and are not vintage. This was the only place I saw and knew in person, this was the place I was going to marry my best friend. The staff and Ronda are great! The extra props, extra decor, items, and tables/chairs were such a nice bonus with this place. I loved how roomy the bridal suite was and the massage chair was GREAT! Under the tree, the space is beautiful for the ceremony! I would highly recommend this place! We LOVED every minute of it. Ronda was great to work with and was quick to respond via text and email. So gorgeous!
This venue is gorgeous!! It is 10 min from most everything in Weatherford. It’s close to the highway and easy to find, yet provides you with ultimate privacy! The big oak tree provides a stunning backdrop for your ceremony and the reception space is beautiful.. The owners are wonderful, easy to work with, and respond quickly to questions! Best wedding venue EVER!
Trickle Creek Events was our dream wedding venue!! We booked them without touring 3 months before our wedding date, and they helped us so much in such a short period of time! I struggle to find the words to explain how perfectly wonderful Trickle Creek Events is. Trickle Creek is truly a DREAM COME TRUE venue -- they nailed every detail and have EVERYTHING you need for your wedding day (large, cute bridal suite, adorable grooms cabin just outside the venue, large beautiful reception area) and the most gorgeous views for the ceremony by the large, old oak tree (that doesn't even need any extra decor). When you pull up to the venue, it looks like "Pinterest in real life!" Ronda & Darrell really have done a phenomenal job thinking of everything I didn't even know we would need. While we fell in love with the property, Ronda & Darrell are really what sold us; they are two humble, kind, and thoughtful owners. They do not nickel & dime couples, they are responsive, and they are flexible. I was able to use the venue for my bridal shoot for no additional cost. Our guests "oooh" and "wowed" at the venue/property and amenities ALL.DAY.LONG! Ronda & Darrell were great! They explain everything that is & isn’t included- help with recommending vendors & don’t charge extra for things that are already on the property (table/chairs/etc). Hi, my review is a little late. Nevertheless, we were so fortunate to have had our wedding at Trickle Creek, in the middle of Covid-19 being a bride is super stressful and I couldn’t have done it all without Ronda. Her wisdom in one of her emails after having lost her father, helped me to realize that I did not have to wait and to reschedule my wedding until next year to commit my life to my now-husband. And that love isn't canceled... I will forever be grateful for her kind words💗
Tucked and hidden away in a fantastic marvelous location. I can’t begin to explain how amazing the owners are. Ronda and Mr. Odom welcomed us and toured us with absolutely everything and more! The venue is a beautiful place, with big trees, the barn seats at the front with such beautiful rolling hills. There is no worry about anything, there’s plenty of parking, lots of space inside and outside of the property, a quaint big bridal suite/cottage and the groom's separate quarters is away from the bridal suite. On the day of our wedding, Charlotte went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. she was so willing to answer our questions and give her advice. The Odom’s work hard to make sure the venue is in excellent shape and it shows! I loved getting to have my reception there and would recommend Trickle Creek to anyone and everyone! If the venue itself doesn't convince you to book, then the owners will! They are the sweetest couple that go above and beyond to ensure their bride and groom have everything they need and more. Gorgeous rustic chic venue
Trickle Creek was a dream come true from the gorgeous oak tree & reception hall to the sweet owners. Ronda & Darrell really care about their couples & their experience. We were so lucky to find it when we did! They are a newer venue but booking fast...because who wouldn’t want to get married here? Our wedding day was perfect & they were so helpful all day long. Best Day Ever!!!
I can’t say enough about this AMAZING venue and it’s SWEET owners. The beauty of this venue is breathtaking and from the moment we met Courtney, we knew this was our venue!
When it became inevitable that covid would postpone the wedding, the warmth and compassion that was shown to us was beyond measure! Even at 9 months pregnant, Courtney was there day of helping eliminate the stress of it all.
From start to finish the Odom’s went above and beyond to make my daughters wedding day the fairytale she had always dreamed of. If I could give infinity stars for this venue I would!Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

Trickle Creek Ranch and Events
Trickle Creek Ranch and Events was an excellent choice for my daughter’s wedding. The owners were always available to answer questions. Their policy of allowing any vendor allowed us to customize our wedding to our style and budget. On the day of the wedding, the owners were on site when we had questions, and stayed and helped set up our video when we didn’t know how. Amazing Venue
The couple who run this venue were amazing to work with! They had multiple open houses with vendors to choose from. You didn’t have to pick any of these vendors but they had some great ones. I ended up finding my Photographer, Photobooth and bartenders at their open house. 100% would recommend this venue!Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

Beautiful venue
Trickle Creek is truly AMAZING! There are no words to describe this venue! Every person I talked to at the wedding went on and on about how gorgeous the setting was. We booked the venue back in January before it was even finished. I fell in love with it the minute I drove in the gate and then after meeting the owners (Rhonda and Darrell Odom), there was no doubt in my mind that these were the people we wanted to work with over the next 11 months. They were so accommodating when I needed to visit the venue with vendors. They gave me excellent referrals! An added bonus with this venue is all the extras that come with it. They have beautiful farm tables for the head table and food. They have several whiskey barrels. I had originally rented some and then found out I could use theirs for free. That is something not many venues offer. Their outside patio area is gorgeous and a great place for guests to gather before the wedding or during pictures. We served hot cider under the silo and it was a huge hit. The facility is clean and well managed. Darrell and Rhonda go above and beyond for the bride and groom. We had one major mishap......the ring bearer was to carry a balloon and the person who was getting it done couldn’t find a place open to do it (in their defense they weren’t from here). We had like 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Darrell jumped in his vehicle and drove all the way to town, had the balloons blown up and rushed back with 1 minute to spare. His wife, Rhonda was standing at the door waiting to grab the balloons and hand them off to the ring bearer. It all went off unnoticed because they went above and beyond!! If you need a venue.....this is the one you want. I can’t think of one negative about Trickle Creek except I wish I had thought of building a venue this spectacular! My advice is to see it, meet these wonderful people then BOOK ASAP because as word continues to get out, you will have to get married on a weekday or wait 2 years.

Ronda, Darrell, and Courtney were amazing to work with! We toured the venue and immediately fell in love with how genuine they were and the beauty of the venue. We got married June 29, 2019 and had so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was. The venue is so gorgeous that we didn’t have to do a lot with decor, the owners were so helpful, warm, and welcoming which helped the planning and day of run smoothly. The bridal suite and groomsman cabin made for comfortable prep for the day of without stress. We had a lot of kids attend and they loved the trees and grassy area to play/run around! I’m so grateful that we found this venue and had the privilege to work with the Odom family! Great communication the whole time, especially responding to many emails sent with random questions. A really great value in my opinion for a Saturday price that can hold a good amount of guests and reception “things.” The inside and outside is very well maintained. The owners have experience with wedding venues so you will be in great hands, and they are not sticklers, and by that I mean they let me access the property a few hours earlier than what my contract stated, they gave me the property for however long I wanted for our rehearsal and give ample time for bridals. They even gave us a personalized gift that we found among our other gifts! We had an outdoor ceremony and the sound was great. Our reception had 14 round tables, 1 farmhouse sweetheart table, 1 6 foot table for the DJ, a flip books station that required a 10x10 space and then long tables for the food and two smaller tables for a guest book and the cakes, plus room for a dance floor. The space fit perfectly for everything we needed, but I would caution that going over 150 guests and having everything inside like I did, would be pushing it for space, I would suggest utilizing the outdoor spaces to avoid it being crammed. I had someone ask if we paid $15k for the venue and they were shocked when they found out it wasn’t even 1/3 that price and people gave rave reviews about the venue :) highly recommend, even if it is a slight drive for you or your guests (we were 1.5 hours away).Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

Beautiful venue with spectacular staff!
I cannot day enough great things about Ronda and Darrell. Their venue is absolutely gorgeous and was exactly what we were looking for. Ronda and Darrel are very professional and responsive. We had an unexpected storm come up on our wedding day and unfortunately had to move the ceremony inside, but it was done in a quick and non-chaotic manner. Would recommend this venue to any bride and groom wanting a farmhouse style intimate wedding!Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

When we first toured this venue it was still completely under construction so we kind of took a chance booking a venue that we could not fully envision, and I am so glad we did! This venue is absolutely stunning and Ronda and Darrell are such great people. Ronda was very responsive to any questions I had. We were able to have our rehearsal at the venue the night before and set up our rehearsal dinner in the outside bar area because that area is just so cute! The guys raved about the grooms bunkhouse and enjoyed playing darts and shuffleboard while getting ready. It POURED rain the morning of our wedding and Ronda, Darrell and their crew waited out the rain to get the ceremony space set up once it finally cleared. I toured this property with my wedding planner and best friend in February and reserved it for my mid-May wedding. It is so so gorgeous in every way! The large oak tree is the most spectacular oak I have ever seen and was so special to get married underneath it. The reception hall venue is an elegant farmhouse. The design and color choice are on-point. The bridal suite was SO nice with plenty of space for everyone to relax. My now hubby wasn't able to see the venue before our wedding and his words were "this is the coolest wedding venue I've ever seen and I can't believe this is our wedding". We live in Dallas but didn't want a traditional country club or banquet hall wedding reception. If you want something outdoors but chic and elegant this is your place! We felt like we were in the middle of the country but only a few minutes off the highway. This venue is literally magazine worthy. And the property owner was there my entire wedding day making sure everything was immaculate. Amazing and gorgeous
We met Darrell & Ronda at the Ft Worth Star Telegram Bridal Show, and knew that we’d found the right place for my wedding to have the wedding of of my dreams. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and Darrell & Ronda were so pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating and made us feel as if every detail was as important to them as it was to us. The venue is already beautiful, and the plans they have for future additions will only make it more extraordinary. The huge live oak tree that we held the ceremony beneath was a picture perfect location. Give them a visit. You won’t be disappointed! Also Darrell and Ronda we’re amazing and nice. Trickle Creek
We visited three venues, one including Trickle Creek. When touring Trickle Creek we knew it was the one because it just felt right when we saw it. We came back for a second tour with our parents and siblings to see what they thought and it was perfect. The day we visited with our family there were so many symbols that popped up unexpectedly that made it even better. When looking through the bridal suite there was a cardinal in the tree right outside symbolizing one of many loved ones that have passed on visiting with us and as we were leaving the song my sister walked down the aisle to started playing and we knew for sure this was the perfect place to have our special day! Ronda was easy to contact and work with. She answered all of my crazy questions and concerns in a timely manner. I love that we were able to schedule multiple venue visits. The owners are incredibly nice and will take the time to really talk to you. They allow you to make as many trips to see the venue as you like given there isn’t a current event. They were so accommodating, the day of the wedding one of our guests forgot a picture for the memory table and they allowed us to use their computer to print the picture off and even let us use one of THIER picture frames for it. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so warming, perfect for a small wedding to feel right in your own backyard and so peaceful and quiet, although being in the country we did have gun shots go off from down the road as I, the bride started to walk down the aisle but gave for a good laugh because, ‘Texas!’. They also save items no longer wanted from previous weddings to lend out at no charge so be sure to ask what’s in stock to help save you money!Trickle Creek Ranch & Events's reply:

Trickle Creek Ranch is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen! Their communication is the only negative thing I have to say. It was very hard to get in touch with them. They were also disorganized, asking for things multiple times despite being given those items more than once. They have a lot of rules and are strict with their preferred vendors. Despite all the hoops I had to jump through, I was able to have them approve all of my vendors thankfully. Their bridal suite is the best I have seen and used, grooms suite was a huge hit, the ceremony space is out of this world beautiful, and perfect reception space!
