  Excellent vendor, lots of options

  I used this vendor for my wedding and they were fantastic. I had a veil fall through at the last moment, and they did a rush order at no extra cost to get me the veil I wanted. The site is legit, they actually have an Etsy store too by a different name. The owners were prompt and responded to my messages daily through their site chat. Very pleased, they have a ton of options and a 30 day return policy. I’d happily recommend to friends.

  I ordered my veil from weddingveil.com. I live in Thailand. Veils are very difficult to find here so my friend suggested that I look online. I found weddingveil.com and was in love with all of the photos. I spoke with Susan, she is a sweetheart. I was working with her to get my veil in before I was going on a trip. Because my veil is a custom made, the estimated time was a little longer, but she went out of her way to make it for me sooner than I expected. The prices were the best I had seen for the veils that made in USA. I was one of those brides that already knew what type of fabric that the veils should be. When I received myveil, I can not believe how well it turned out. I love it! Susan made me a very nice custom veil that was different than any veil I’ve seen. I absolutely love!

  I was on the phone with Susan she was helpful and gave me her full attention for as long as you required. I ordered custom veil and we had a few hitches with passing on my desires to some 3rd party vendors because they couldn’t do the bead work that I desires, which cost me a few extra, but their partners are also very good, so it was resolved.

  I loved my veil! I was able to find the exact replica for an Erika Kroeser veil that was $250 in the store for less than $70 in this site! It came when expected and looked great. I steamed it day of the weddig and all the wrinkles came out easy.

  Don't even bother buying your veil in a boutique. I got my veil for about half of what my dress shop was selling similar veils for. It came packed in a small envelope but I hung it up in the bathroom during a hot shower and it steamed out perfectly. I got a lot of compliments on my veil--it was gorgeous and you cannot beat the savings.

  Like most brides, I was shocked to see the price tag on the simple veils you see at most bridal boutiques and I just could not imagine spending hundreds of dollars for a piece of tool...So, I took my search online. First I tried craigslist, but couldn't find quite what I was looking for. Next I tried ebay, but I just didn't have a good feeling when looking through the wide variety of vendors. I found weddingveil.com on google and decided to give designing my own veil a try. I got an ivory fingertip satin edged veil for ~$50 and I loved it! It complimented my dress beautifully and looked just as good as the ones I had seen in the stores.

  Weddingveil.com can make any type of veil you want for super cheap. I had such a hard time finding a single layer, pencil serged veil that I finally just had one made. It was only $33 and I ended up also ordering my cake cutters from them since they were so affordable.
  
  My veil turned out perfectly and was even just the right shade- diamond white/off-white. Many vendors only have pure white or ivory that looks old and yellow. The quality was very good except for that the glue came undone at part of the comb and so we stitched it with some clear thread and it was good as new and I actually couldn't even see it even if I tried.
  
  Although I wanted something simple, you can customize your veil to any length, number of tiers, edging and decorations including beads and pearls. I would definitely recommend them! They also ship out pretty quickly and have a reasonable return policy for people who want to order more than one and try them all on before choosing.

  My wedding is going to be in 2013 and I want to purchase a veil soon so that I don’t have to worry about it. When I contacted weddingveil.com, the lady was very nice and worked with me for almost 5 weeks. She was very honest and suggested that I should hold off until I know what I want. Since then, I’ve changed my mind so many times. I am extremely appreciated their honesty, commitment and patient with me.

  I love Susan at weddingveil.com. She was so gracious in letting me kept my veil for over 50 days until my dress had arrived so that I can try on both at the same time. When my dress arrived, the color was a little too dark, in fact, my dress was an off-white, but I had ordered an ivory veil, so the color didn’t match my dress, but Susan was so nice and let me exchanged even though it was over the exchanged policy. She has been one-on-one with me throughout the whole process and I cannot thank her enough for making my special day come true. That every bride dreams of.

  I ordered some back-up hair jewelry from this online vendor but ended up deciding against wearing the jewelry because the actual products arrived looking tacky and cheap. I called back within the refund window to ask for a return authorization only to be told that I was not allowed to return the products because it was after my wedding date. This rule was no where to be found on my sales receipt and the woman on the phone was rude and insulting (basically saying that i should've planned ahead and made the time to return it before the wedding). When I confronted her and said that this rule was not advertized and not known to me, she said that that was too bad and pretty much hung up the phone.
  
  I don't think this vendor is ethical and would not recommend doing business with them. If you encounter any problems whatsover with them, they will find a way to get out of any obligation - moral or otherwise.
