Great service by the team. Very accommodating and patient too, One of the groomsmen in our team was running late way past closing time, but when we asked Norma if she could wait for him, she politely agreed and we all got a great service and a memorable wedding afew days later.

Communication and blamed everything on us

The district manager that occasionally works at the Puyallup branch was the ONLY person that was a pleasure to work with. She helped coordinate the exact style I was looking for. Otherwise: The remaining staff was crude, totally unprofessional, unkempt, disorganized and sloppy. My groom and groomsmen had to request a piece by piece examination and were received with sour attitudes. We only had 3 groomsmen and a groom. EVERYONE'S suit ensemble was wrong. Missing socks, wrong sizes, no shoes for the groom on our wedding day!!! I like to work local, support local but nearly went with the mainstream-MEN'S WAREHOUSE-just to make sure our needs were met. In the end, after much suit confusion and a store that opened up 42 minutes late, we got what we ordered and were married in time.
Bottom line-if you work with this place, call ahead and make sure the district manager is in. She knows what she is doing and is professional.

Horrible-do not shop here!!!! Order was substituted with other products that were not what we ordered-color and fabric and details off-bad!!! And no refunds, no notice! Awful experience!!!
