I hired Amy to help see to my needs as a Bride for our wedding. Amy stayed in contact by email and I felt comfortable calling her if I needed her. She did an excellent job of making suggestions for vendors and ideas for decorating and organizing the day. The venue I selected also had an on-site wedding coordinator, however, her duties ended once the reception started. So I felt like it would be good to have an additional person around to help with keeping the events timed properly. Amy helped the venue coordinator at the rehearsal with getting everyone lined up and figuring out where everyone would stand and sit and such. On the day of the wedding, Amy arrived in my bridal suite to check on me and to set up. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I had no idea because Amy and the coordinators totally kept me feeling at ease and made sure my needs were met. After the ceremony and after we took pictures, Amy found us to make sure that we were Ok. Once we got into the reception, Amy checked on us many times throughout the evening and she helped us anytime we needed anything. She was very helpful and kept the evening perfectly timed! One bummer of the evening was that a video was shown without asking us if we wanted to have a video shown at the reception. I am not sure if it was Amy’s responsibility or the venue, we just wish that we were asked about it because a surprise video could be a disaster! Overall, we were happy with her service with respect to catering to our needs at the reception and making sure all of our needs were met.

After months of planning our unforgettable wedding day, it was a relief to have Amy working with us making sure "the big day" went as planned. She listened to what we wanted, making sure it happened, and offered suggestions when we needed them. I would recommend Amy as a wedding coordinater. Thanks Amy, we had a blast.

After months of a planning a very DIY/hands on wedding, we decided to hire a day of coordinator to help pull together a long list of projects and complicated schedules. We made a great decision, as having Amy (and her team) in place allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our ceremony and reception. Amy was incredibly flexible, and took on some pretty unusual tasks relating to our centerpieces/music with total grace and enthusiasm. Couldn't have asked for a better behind the scenes team!

We hired Amy as our ceremony coordinator and it was the best decision. She was amazing, going above and beyond to help and give any advice she could. She took charge of the rehearsal and keeping everything running smoothly on our wedding day. We had an outdoor ceremony at a park, so we didn't have the main coordinator most venues have. She focused on what we(the bride and groom) want and did everything to make it work. I would 100% recommend Weddings on the Susquehanna! :)
