This may sound like a very generic review but it couldn't be more true- *Bethany Cowher Events completely exceeded all of my expectations*. I could not be happier with her service, patience, encouragement, compassion, and ability to make things instantly magical. She was everything I was hoping for in a wedding planner and so much more! Not only did she make everything feel special, arrange all events, create spreadsheets of options, but she worked along side my photographer to help my pictures with guests ages 1 year-89 years feel fun and relaxing . Everything was comfortable and on time, stress free, I could go on and on! She is the best! Any celebration could use Bethany Cowher Events to make it 10X better.

I truly cannot say enough good things about working with Bethany! Booking with her was some of the best money we spent on wedding planning. Bethany was so much help before the wedding; running through details with me and always willing to answer random questions of mine. She got in contact with all of my vendors leading up to my wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. The day of my wedding - Bethany was AMAZING. I did not have to worry about a single thing all day long. She made the day effortless for me and my husband, but I know she was working hard behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. She did everything from coordinating the actual wedding ceremony, to setting up cocktail hour, to making sure I got some food which is actually hard to do.

I can not recommend Bethany and her team more! I worked with Bethany and Madi leading up to my wedding and they were not only there to give me recommendations on things but they were also there to ease my mind when the stress got to be too much. They reached out to my vendors for me and just took away a whole element of worry that i had. I had Madi and Finn at my wedding and anyone they came in contact with could not stop raving about them! They made sure everything aligned with my vision and made sure my guests were well taken care of. I would not have survived my day without them!

I was told to cut corners…. But with Bethany you do not want to! She was beyond incredible to work with and did such a phenomenal job that my husband and I still talk about it a month later. We have no idea what we would have done without her. Truly. She kept things in line, made sure we stayed true to schedule, and did it all while being classy and professional. Not only did we love her but our wedding party raved about her for weeks- asking for her contact information for their future weddings.

All I can say is- hire her, you will not regret it one bit. Bethany- we love you. Thank you soooo much!!!!!

I don’t have enough space to write how truly incredible Bethany and Madi are! I was so on the fence about a day of coordinator and looking back now - I cannot imagine how our day would have even happened without them. They are both absolutely amazing souls, so friendly, so thoughtful, so helpful. They both thought out every single detail and helped facilitate everything and more than I could have imagined. They were so amazing - when my best friend got married after us, I booked them for her wedding! EVERYONE should book Bethany Cowher Events - you will not regret your decision!

I hired Bethany and Finley as my day-of coordinators, and they were amazing. They provided so much support in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the wedding, and truly made the day itself completely stress-free. If there were any issues, I never knew, because they handled everything so smoothly behind the scenes. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our day was absolutely perfect, and it directly correlated with the incredible services that Bethany and her team provided for our wedding. I chose the 'busy bride' package as I am a project manager in my day job and felt that I was able to book all the vendors and coordinate timeline logistics leading up to the wedding. Bethany was so incredibly organized and had a shared Google drive folder that I was able to put all my documents into the week before the wedding and she coordinated with ALL of my vendors to solidify the timeline and ensure that everything was running smoothly. Madi and Finley were there with me the day of the wedding - and I love those girls with my whole heart. I am so blessed to have had them with me and keep the show moving perfectly along. Madi knew exactly what questions to bring to me re: vendors/family and what questions she was able to make executive decisions on. 15 minutes prior to our wedding ceremony, it began to POUR and Madi calmly talked through options with me - but ultimately it all worked out sans rain! Anything me or my girls needed, they had it taken care of. They even made sure my 90 year old grandfather got on the bus safely and with cookies in hand! They were integral in making sure that rental napkins were tucked away, forks were available for the cake tasting, EVERY DETAIL! To sum it up: YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS TEAM AT YOUR WEDDING!!! I understand needing to shore up budgets, but trust me ladies, you need their services (and will be so so so grateful to have them with you).

Bethany and Madi made our wedding day go SO smoothly and I would highly recommend to any brides to hire them!! Cannot say enough good things and had such minimal/non-existent stress on the big day because I knew they were handling everything.
