  A wonderful planning team that you need to have on your side for your wedding!

  Bethany and her staff are simply wonderful. My husband and I hired Bethany to help plan our wedding in my hometown of State College from one thousand miles away. She was there for us to talk through our ideas, supported us throughout our planning process, talked to vendors on our behalf and organized our entire schedule for the day. It was a worry-free day thanks to Bethany and her team — and if you know me, you know I WORRY! On the day of our wedding, Bethany was there for us with Madi and Finnley, who were both so kind and helpful (thank you Madi for being my personal assistant!) and anyone from our wedding who met them shared how kind and professional they were. They kept our bridal party in line and ready to go and kept us on schedule throughout all of the scheduled events we needed to participate in. In addition to everything that they did, Bethany and her crew also helped with assembling the floral wreath arch that my mom created for our wedding ceremony. This meant the world to me, and I just felt it was extremely kind of them to do, considering there are so many other things to coordinate on the day of someone’s wedding. Thank you so much Bethany, Madi and Finnley for all you did for us on the day of our wedding. Scott and I had the BEST day ever and we couldn’t have done it without you!

  The Perfect Day

  Our day was absolutely perfect, and it directly correlated with the incredible services that Bethany and her team provided for our wedding. I chose the 'busy bride' package as I am a project manager in my day job and felt that I was able to book all the vendors and coordinate timeline logistics leading up to the wedding. Bethany was so incredibly organized and had a shared Google drive folder that I was able to put all my documents into the week before the wedding and she coordinated with ALL of my vendors to solidify the timeline and ensure that everything was running smoothly. Madi and Finley were there with me the day of the wedding - and I love those girls with my whole heart. I am so blessed to have had them with me and keep the show moving perfectly along. Madi knew exactly what questions to bring to me re: vendors/family and what questions she was able to make executive decisions on. 15 minutes prior to our wedding ceremony, it began to POUR and Madi calmly talked through options with me - but ultimately it all worked out sans rain! Anything me or my girls needed, they had it taken care of. They even made sure my 90 year old grandfather got on the bus safely and with cookies in hand! They were integral in making sure that rental napkins were tucked away, forks were available for the cake tasting, EVERY DETAIL! To sum it up: YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS TEAM AT YOUR WEDDING!!! I understand needing to shore up budgets, but trust me ladies, you need their services (and will be so so so grateful to have them with you).

  Worth every penny!

  I was gifted Bethany and her team for my wedding day & I can’t recommend enough! Bethany & Madi are the absolute sweetest humans and they took care of everything. Little. Thing. so I didn’t have to! The investment was worth every penny. They both create such an amazing relationship with their clients and I truly felt like they were part of the family! I cannot recommend this team enough & think it’s one of the most important investments you can make for your day!

  Amazing team!

  I can not recommend Bethany and her team more! I worked with Bethany and Madi leading up to my wedding and they were not only there to give me recommendations on things but they were also there to ease my mind when the stress got to be too much. They reached out to my vendors for me and just took away a whole element of worry that i had. I had Madi and Finn at my wedding and anyone they came in contact with could not stop raving about them! They made sure everything aligned with my vision and made sure my guests were well taken care of. I would not have survived my day without them!

  Beyond incredible

  I don’t have enough space to write how truly incredible Bethany and Madi are! I was so on the fence about a day of coordinator and looking back now - I cannot imagine how our day would have even happened without them. They are both absolutely amazing souls, so friendly, so thoughtful, so helpful. They both thought out every single detail and helped facilitate everything and more than I could have imagined. They were so amazing - when my best friend got married after us, I booked them for her wedding! EVERYONE should book Bethany Cowher Events - you will not regret your decision!

  Hire her- incredible experience

  I was told to cut corners…. But with Bethany you do not want to! She was beyond incredible to work with and did such a phenomenal job that my husband and I still talk about it a month later. We have no idea what we would have done without her. Truly. She kept things in line, made sure we stayed true to schedule, and did it all while being classy and professional. Not only did we love her but our wedding party raved about her for weeks- asking for her contact information for their future weddings.
  
  All I can say is- hire her, you will not regret it one bit. Bethany- we love you. Thank you soooo much!!!!!

  Bethany is absolutely incredible

  Bethany kept everything so organized and together for our wedding day and we truly, honestly would not have had the wonderful day we did without her! From the little things like helping me find a Bobby pin for my hair, to the big things like staying late after rehearsal to ensure our sound system was working, she did everything in her power to help us and take any stress she could off of us. Honestly cannot recommend her enough! Best best best!!❤️❤️

  Bethany and Madi made our wedding day go SO smoothly and I would highly recommend to any brides to hire them!! Cannot say enough good things and had such minimal/non-existent stress on the big day because I knew they were handling everything.

  Ahhhhmazing!

  Bethany is hands down, the BEST!!! I can’t even imagine what my day would have been like if it wasn’t for her! She is SO organized! She did everything from reach out to my vendors, decorate the venue, set up the venue, meet with me monthly, always checked in on me, organized my day, helped the vendors, and MUCH MUCH MORE! She is so thoughtful and is literally there for YOU! She wants to make sure you have the best day ever! She even took time to take pictures of things so I had something to look at the next day! She is the sweetest person ever and you can’t go wrong with her! The morning of my wedding was so relaxing because I knew Bethany had everything under control! I can’t say enough about her!

Bethany was so much help before the wedding; running through details with me and always willing to answer random questions of mine. She got in contact with all of my vendors leading up to my wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. The day of my wedding - Bethany was AMAZING. I did not have to worry about a single thing all day long. She made the day effortless for me and my husband, but I know she was working hard behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. She did everything from coordinating the actual wedding ceremony, to setting up cocktail hour, to making sure I got some food which is actually hard to do.

  You'll regret it if you don't hire Bethany!

  Bethany was amazing. She helped me throughout the entire process and especially the week of. While I was overwhelmed with work she finalized all of the necessary vendor information and made charts of who she called, etc. So organized and so professional. Hire Bethany and you'll thank yourself later when you don't have the wedding day stress on you!

I could not be happier with her service, patience, encouragement, compassion, and ability to make things instantly magical. She was everything I was hoping for in a wedding planner and so much more! Not only did she make everything feel special, arrange all events, create spreadsheets of options, but she worked along side my photographer to help my pictures with guests ages 1 year-89 years feel fun and relaxing . Everything was comfortable and on time, stress free, I could go on and on! She is the best! Any celebration could use Bethany Cowher Events to make it 10X better.

  So worth it !!!

  We are so glad we hired Bethany. Although we did all of our own planning, having Bethany on board with the Super Sidekick package was AWESOME. She has the experience to guide us with the details, create a timeline for the "day of", follow through with all of the little things, and we were able to relax and enjoy the day. She has a great personality and is easy to work with.
