Whitney and her team were incredible to work with. Their personalities were great, and their organization was on point. As a luxury Wedding DJ, my couples generally have a lot of logistics/moving parts, and with this couple, they truly went above and beyond to give them the best day ever!

We had such a good experience working with Danielle as our day of coordinator. She made sure everything went so smoothly on the day of our wedding and really helped pull our vision together. Would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Melissa helped keep me calm and collected on my wedding day! I am beyond happy that I found her and was able to have her as my day of coordinator. She helped me find both my DJ and my photographer for my big day. Having a dream team of vendors that all had worked together gave me peace of mind throughout my entire day! Thank you Melissa!

Brian and WL Events are terrific to work with! He planned and catered an event at my house for a group of about 10 students, many of whom had dietary issues or allergies. He put together a menu that fit not only their dietary restrictions but also their tastes/interests (vegan cheesecake! chocolate mousse!) -- and we had the perfect amount of food. He organized linens and serving-ware and fit it all inside my tiny house. It looked great! Thanks, Brian, for everything.

She helped us keep everything on track. It was great to know what we needed to get done when and not have to worry about forgetting something.

Joy and the absolutely incredible business she has established through Fancy Peacock are the reasons our wedding went through without a hitch! If I had the means to hire this woman to plan my life on a daily basis, I would. Not only were her services needed in our case (we had our wedding at a venue that did not provide coordination the day of), but we loved that her packages fit our needs perfectly. She was one of the few event coordinator sites that we came across that advertised specifically day of coordination - a lot of other sites required us to tack on some form of coordination leading up to the day as well, which my husband and I were fine taking care of on our own. She was such a delight to work with, being incredibly clear on details she needed from us and leaving no stone unturned when it came to very specific details for a wedding. I remember feeling such a wave of relief wash over me when we had our final meeting with her and I truly saw how organized she was with all of our details, remembering items that I had forgotten out of feelings of stress leading up to our wedding weekend. She was constantly there to remind us it’s going to be ok and to remember to enjoy a day that really does go by incredibly fast. On the day of, she and her assistant helped with setup, vendor check-in, timeline check-in, and ensuring everything was moving according to schedule. She even came down to the room where I was getting hair and makeup done several times to give me personalized check-ins, which was incredibly touching. The best part was after our ceremony when Joy came right up to my husband and me, said, “Congratulations!” and placed both of our signature drinks in our hands! She knew out of experience that drinking and even eating are not always top priorities for a bride and groom, and she made sure that we were enjoying the little touches of our wedding just as much as our guests were. Cleanup was also a breeze at the end of the night because of Joy - she helped us plan a schedule ahead of time as to what items were going with which person, which is a godsend when everyone (especially family members) is a little fried at the end of the night, haha. We couldn’t have had a smoother and more joyful wedding day, thanks to Joy and her team!

I cannot recommend Patty enough! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and it couldn't have been done without Patty. Her attention to detail and ability to bring all of my visions to life was amazing.

From the moment we chose to work with Alexis I knew that she had the experience, personality, and work ethic to absolutely rock every detail of our wedding + our unique vision. From start to finish, I always felt like I could reach out with any question (no question too small or silly!) and I would hear back within 24 hours or less with a thoughtful, experience-backed answer. Before I could even ask most questions, Alexis and her team had already handled it. and this was all PRE wedding day! On wedding day, Alexis and her team made me feel so insanely calm and at peace - she had thought of EVERYTHING - even an electric handwarmer for me to hold as I did outdoor photos in 50 degree weather in early April - something I'll always remember as a life saver! She was my advocate and worked so closley with the video and photo teams, as well as all other vendors. Her energy and calming presence put myself, my husband, and our entire wedding at ease. All of our phone calls and pre-planning meetings to go over a highly-detailed day-of timeline were so so worth it - and I truly felt I could relax and be present for our day. I'm so grateful to Alexis and her team for their work on our wedding! Could not say more great things!!! JUST BOOK HER!

We hired Events by Gillian for their Day of Coordination package and were blown away by the services. From our first call we knew Gillian was a seasoned veteran, understood the venue and timeline, and was guaranteed to give us a wedding without issues. Gillian handled all of our discussions and was calm and level-headed at all times, she fielded all of our crazy requests and delivered exactly how we wanted. I genuinely had no worries about issues during the event because Gillian orchestrated everything beautifully and if something did happen...... she managed it brilliantly because I still don't know!! I cannot thank her and her team enough for all of the work they did to fulfill our wedding. Trust me, hire Events by Gillian and let them handle the operations - you will thank me later when you're enjoying your event!

I booked the partial planning package with Alyssa for my wedding and she is so worth every penny and some! She goes above and beyond to help in any way possible! She was available whenever I had any questions and always answered in a timely fashion. She went out of her way to accept a wine shipment for the wedding and even offered to bring some into town before the wedding when my family arrived! She also was great with difficult groomsmen who needed extra attention throughout the night. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
