From the moment we chose to work with Alexis I knew that she had the experience, personality, and work ethic to absolutely rock every detail of our wedding + our unique vision.
From start to finish, I always felt like I could reach out with any question (no question too small or silly!) and I would hear back within 24 hours or less with a thoughtful, experience-backed answer. Before I could even ask most questions, Alexis and her team had already handled it. and this was all PRE wedding day!

On wedding day, Alexis and her team made me feel so insanely calm and at peace - she had thought of EVERYTHING - even an electric handwarmer for me to hold as I did outdoor photos in 50 degree weather in early April - something I'll always remember as a life saver! She was my advocate and worked so closley with the video and photo teams, as well as all other vendors. Her energy and calming presence put myself, my husband, and our entire wedding at ease. All of our phone calls and pre-planning meetings to go over a highly-detailed day-of timeline were so so worth it - and I truly felt I could relax and be present for our day.

Lexi is a true professional and made our daughter's wedding day a dream! We had no worries as she handled everything and had great working relationships with almost every vendor my daughter chose for big day! Working with Lexi and her team was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. We used AKG Events for day of coordination as we wanted to ensure that we would feel all the details on our day were taken care of and we could soak up every second with each other and our guests and truly enjoy our wedding day. We especially appreciated their support with break-down at the end of the night to ensure all of our decor items were taken care of and loaded in our vehicles so we could head to our afterparty. Although we only used AKG for day of, leading up to our wedding I was able to connect with Lexi multiple times to ensure we were on track with vendors, any last minute timeline changes, and she was always super helpful and communicative. Lexi and Maddie made our wedding day seamless and we are so appreciative of their support and help throughout our wedding weekend. I would recommended them over and over again to anyone looking for that extra support on our big day.

We cannot say enough about AKG Events. Our daughters wedding was absolutely perfect. Our wedding planner , Becca made sure planning , coordination , vendors , dinners , the ceremony , reception … all went more than according to plan. Becca coordinated multiple vendors , relatives from other states , and countries along with last minute additions. My husband and I had the ability to enjoy the entire weekend with our daughter and her husband .. it was the best time ever !!!

Getting to work with Alexis and AKG Events as our wedding planner was the best decision that we made in our planning process. ​Alexis has such great energy and a get it done mentality, combined with the experience to be able to offer solutions and ideas for creating extra special moments at your wedding. Alexis immediately took all of the important planning details off of our plate so that we could focus on what mattered most to us - spending time with our friends and family.
We also had no idea when we hired AKG Events for our New Year's Eve wedding that we would later deal with a flooded wedding venue just a week before our wedding. Alexis immediately and seamlessly handled all of the work that went into a last minute location change from new setup plans, timelines, rentals, transportation, florals, etc.....and with a NYE's wedding, this was all of course happening over the holiday week. In addition to handling all of these logistics, AKG Events also beautifully executed our vision. We are beyond grateful that we were able to work with such an incredibly talented and capable team - we know it was such a luxury that we were able to enjoy every special moment with our friends and family while not stressing over anything during the wedding weekend which was well worth any price.

Lexi coordinated our wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. She was assigned to us and we could not have been happier!!! Lexi is literally one of my favorite humans. She is the absolute sweetest, so funny, so organized and put together, and literally the most responsive vendor out of all of the people we hired. She had an amazingly organized wedding planning document to keep me on track and literally was the glue that kept the entire wedding together on the day-of. I seriously cannot imagine my wedding without her. My family and friends had nothing but great things to say about her too. She is prepared for anything that comes her way. I knew from the first time I talked to her, that no matter what happened on our wedding day, she would be able to handle it. I don't think anything went wrong on our wedding day, and if it did I had no idea because she probably fixed it before I even noticed! Lexi is the wedding side kick I never knew I needed. Book her, you will not regret it!

Lexi and her team were absolutely incredible. Lexi was so easy to work with and made our day and vision better than we thought possible. I could not have loved working with Lexi more! My wedding was postponed for a year due to covid and she was excellent about staying in touch the entire time. As we got closer, Lexi made sure that every detail was taken care of perfectly, she's incredibly organized. Lexi communicated with all of our vendors and made me feel so at ease in the time leading up to the wedding that I was able to relax and actually enjoy myself instead of stressing about every detail. She's also just a really kind and likable person! I truly can't recommend her enough, you will be thankful to have Lexi on your team

Lexi was phenomenal, and we can't recommend her enough! She brings so much poise, professionalism, and vibrant energy to her work, and if we were to go back to do it all again, we would re-hire her without hesitation.

The biggest piece of advice we received from others going into our wedding was to be sure to take multiple moments to step back during the day so that we could take it all in, as the day really flies by. With Lexi, we didn't have to worry about doing such . We had ample time to take photos, enjoy happy hour, eat dinner, crush the dance floor, etc -- all without feeling rushed, and all due to Lexi.

Groomsmen: "Dude, who is your day-of coordinator? She's awesome! I wish we would've had someone similar for our wedding."

Officiant: "Your day-of coordinator sent the most detailed schedule I have ever seen. It was awesome. Does she want to come work for me? Can she *please* come work for me?"

Wife (1 week prior to our wedding after doing a walk-through with Lexi): "I was so nervous and felt like there was so much that we still had to do leading up to our wedding day. After that walk-through, though, I feel incredibly relieved. Lexi has it all taken care of."

The day went off without a hitch, and if there were any hiccups, we had no idea about them. The best part? We remember every moment of the day, because we didn't feel rushed and everything was taken care of.

Alexis is AMAZING! Alexis jumped in last minute as a day-of coordinator and you would've thought she worked with my husband and I for much longer! She was absolutely phenomenal, kind, calm, and organized. I would hire her in a heartbeat all over again. Best decision I made was hiring a day-of coordinator, seriously!
