We contacted Emily at Vintage Orchid Events to plan and organize our wedding in 9/23. We had originally just been looking for a "day of" coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly. After meeting Emily and discussing our options, we quickly realized that we were in great hands with Emily and could trust her to guide us through the wedding planning process and work with our Vendors, Venue planning and so much more. She immediately lifted the weight of planning off our shoulders and jumped into action getting quotes for DJs, photographers, florists, and insights on anything else we might not have considered at that point. Having someone handling the leg work and organization for the wedding while we focused on decisions and everything else going on in our lives was more than worth Emily's fees.
We would 100% recommend Emily at Vintage Orchid Events for anyone looking to plan their wedding or big event. Emily was great to work with, very communicative and prompt with deadlines, making the entire experience one we will cherish and look back on fondly.

From the moment she stepped in, Emily handled every detail with professionalism, confidence, and care. As a bride, there are so many little things to think about on your wedding day, but knowing Emily was there allowed me to relax and truly enjoy every moment. She kept everything running seamlessly behind the scenes while making it all look effortless.

Our wedding day happened to be quite windy, which could have created challenges for both the ceremony and reception setup. Instead, Emily worked her magic and somehow made everything look even more beautiful than I had imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall look exceeded my expectations. She took my vision and elevated it in ways I never could have done on my own.

Beyond her incredible talent, Emily is simply wonderful to work with. She is approachable, kind, calm under pressure, and so easy to talk to. She immediately made everyone feel comfortable, and my entire bridal party commented on how amazing she was throughout the day. Having someone with her positive energy and expertise by our side made such a difference.

I am incredibly grateful for everything Emily did to make our wedding day so special. We hired Emily for our wedding and she was absolutely fantastic. Not only was her communication with us great, but her communication with all of our vendors helped us to have peace of mind heading into the day. She never once complained about all of my bridal emails and she ensured that we were able to relax and enjoy our day. She's also a kind person who we enjoyed working with which is so important when it comes to wedding planning. She also (with permission) donates your florals to local nursing homes after your event and donates 10% of her fee to a charity of your choosing, which we loved. Would definitely work with her again!

Emily was the absolute best coordinator to work with. She made our day run SO smoothly! From the very first phone call, to our wedding day, everything was perfect. Emily made sure that we stayed on schedule and made our dream wedding a reality! She is very organized and incredibly knowledgeable in the world of weddings! Emily was so great! I was a wreck and she made sure everything went so smooth, I was not confident in my venue and Emily was there during the planning process, to coordinate all vendors, and decor set up plus clean up and soooo much more. She was also so helpful for my nerves! Literally best choice we made 🥰

Emily was a huge help to us on our wedding day. About 3 months before the wedding I was starting to panic we couldn't pull off the DIY wedding we had planned. I had my venue and vendors booked, but I needed someone to be responsible for all the day-of details. After reaching out to a handful of wedding day-of coordinators, Emily replied to me within a day. We were able to meet her the next weekend at our venue. From the first meeting Emily noticed details and asked about logistics I hadn't thought of yet. She was very communicative over the following three months, including managing communications with my vendors. On the day of, Emily did an amazing job decorating my reception venue (the job I was most worried about how I would get it done!) while also making sure the ceremony site got setup correctly. We really could not have done our weekend without Emily. She worked so hard and the entire weekend was a success largely thanks to her!

Emily was the best wedding planner we could’ve had! She put together the most beautiful wedding and made our wedding day seamless and stress free. She was extremely communicative, kind, and always checking in on us for feedback. Emily helped us plan our wedding over months, was present for meetings with other vendors, coordinated our rehearsal, set up decorations, and directed the wedding from dawn to dusk. It was impressive how she was everywhere all at once. Emily was dedicated to delivering our dream wedding and certainly made it happen! Please consider her for her planning services!

We talked with Emily and went over colors and theme. She then took the reins to make our design come to life. Everything was beautiful - decorations, tables, balloons, flowers. She was also present day of to ensure everything went as planned. It turned out great! She was bubbly, focused, and a hard worker. I would highly recommend her for any type of event! We loved her and her work!

Emily made my dreams come true by making my wedding three themes in one - boho, rustic, and adventure! We knew she had everything under control so that we could focus on each other. Such a blessing! She took great care of communicating with venders even though I kept changing plans last minute! When the day came, Emily made sure everything went smoothly and even went beyond expectations.
