I first reached out to Brittany and Alex a few months into the wedding planning process. I am a type A, organized, do it yourself woman and thought I could handle all of the coordination myself. As I started booking more vendors and my wedding vision was born, I quickly became overwhelmed with all of the moving parts. I had a phone consult with Brittany to discuss the different packages they offered and she explained them all thoroughly to determine which would best suite our needs. I chose a day-of coordinator package and let me tell you, it was THE BEST DECISION I made. 10/10 recommend. There is absolutely no way my (now) husband and I would have been able to handle setting up the venue decor, coordinate with our vendors and keep everyone on schedule (including ourselves), as well as get ready for the actual wedding. The day would not have been enjoyable and likely a disaster.
Brittany and Alex did a phenomenal job taking that burden off our shoulders. They both have this fun, positive, enthusiastic personality that puts you at ease. They have a professional, organized approach and put a lot of attention into the details to make sure everything is personalized to your liking. They were available to talk if I had questions and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything in the time leading up to our wedding. Brittany did a thorough final walk-through of the details with me a few weeks before the day to make sure every element was accounted for.

We got married in August 2023 at Wind in the Willows in Grantville. Going into wedding planning, we were not intending on using a wedding coordinator. We found Alex and Brittany through the venue, but from the moment we connected with them, we knew that they were the perfect fit for us. They made our day seamless from start to finish. Every single detail of our day was perfect. If we could go back and redo our day, we would hire Alex and Brittany a thousand times over.

Alex and Brittany were the absolute best! My husband and I worked with them in 2021 for our Labor Day weekend wedding and we couldn’t have been more thankful for their hard work at our wedding. From the first phone call with Brittany bonding over our love of dogs, to meeting her and Alex at our venue in person and laughing for what seemed like hours, to the actual wedding day, they were just incredible. Between Brittany’s passion for assisting with one of the most memorable days of a couples lives and Alex’s background knowledge of the catering side of event planning, we were in the best hands. Our guests mentioned how friendly and personable they were and we had a blast with them on the dance floor! They truly helped to navigate our special day, working on our ‘planned’ moments and handling the ‘unplanned’ things that came up too. Truly there is no better team to work with. Would we plan another event just to work with them? Absolutely we would!!

Alex has so much wedding experience - bartending, catering, photography, etc. We even hired Alex to make our appetizers! Britt has all of the organizational tools to help keep you on track with what you should be planning. She'll make sure you don't forget any details and keep you under budget. The two of them combined was honestly the best thing ever. They met with us a few times in person and once via Skype. I texted them multiple times throughout the planning process and they were always quick to respond and super helpful. Their pricing is very affordable and extremely reasonable, especially since you're basically getting two wedding planners for the price of one. They traveled over an hour for our wedding and came to the rehearsal as well. They were very dedicated to making sure our day went off without a hitch and were by far our favorite vendors. Hire them! You won't regret it!
