Lucy was the coordinator at a wedding last week that my husband and I DJ/MC'd, and we were so impressed with Lucy's skillful professionalism during the reception. We have been DJing weddings for 10 years, and we can honestly tell you that great coordinators are truly far and few between. Lucy quietly communicated with us throughout the entire reception and kept us apprised of all of the changes happening, while still giving us creative control of the music and entertainment. Amazing! Everything flowed flawlessly, though we knew behind the scenes that things kept being changed around, the guests and wedding party enjoyed themselves without noticing a thing. All the while, Lucy kept a smile on her face as she deftly moved around the room keeping everything on pace. We were completely impressed and so happy to have someone help make our job easier. We will definitely be recommending Lucy to our future brides.

We worked with Lucy at a recent wedding that we were filming. As videographers, it is important to us that we do not miss a detail during the couple's special day. Lucy and her assistants made sure this was possible. From before the wedding, they kept us informed of the schedule of events as well as answering any questions we had. I cannot speak highly enough about The Gallery. Following the success of my own wedding which they coordinated last year, I recommended them to my Sister-in-law and once again they did not disappoint! Together with the happy couple, they planned and executed another beautiful day, starting with a Champagne breakfast at the Bride’s family home, followed by a Ceremony at her local Church and then on to The Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair (London, England), the girls were on-hand throughout but not intrusive. Apart from over-seeing the smooth running of proceedings and supervising catering staff, drivers, photographers etc. they even managed to stitch a new bustle loop onto the Brides dress when a guest accidentally stood on her train. Crisis averted! We shall continue to use The Gallery for all our family events and recommend them to our friends both here in the US and in the UK. Thanks Girls!

My cousin got engaged and she was looking for a wedding planner. I had just been to a great work event and was showing her the photos and she loved everything there, I ended up contacting the hotel where the event was held and asking them who the planner was - turns out it was The Gallery! My cousin Sarah got in touch with the Gallery and they planned her wedding in LA for her. I was happy to be able to help my cousin and i know she fell in love with Silvia (who is based in their LA office) and Jessie & Lucy in the Dallas office. In fact, i am thinking about asking them to plan my next corporate event for us. Being a guy, im not good with all the “pretty” details which is why I appreciate the girls.... they do a great job!

We would like to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into making our Wedding Day very special. Your team of wedding planners and suppliers were amazing and we would like to say a special thank you to The Gallery for surpassing our expectations and that’s what a good wedding planner should do. Over the weekend we received our wedding photos and were extremely pleased with how everything turned out - very professional and it was everything I had dreamed of having.
Everyone was always available to insure everything went according to plan from, the hairdresser & Sarah - the makeup artist, our florist, she picked the most beautiful bouquet and all of the arrangements/decor for the ceremony and reception and I can’t disregard the catering. It was tasty and tied in perfect with flavors from the Island.
The ceremony was brilliant - relaxed, fun, emotional and most importantly romantic. Timing couldn’t have been more perfect with the beautiful sunset as our backdrop. Thank you again for your attention to detail. I know at times it was difficult to put my thoughts and requests on email and yet The Gallery managed make it all come to life.

I had worked with Lucy on various parties when she was based in London and found her to be extremely professional yet fun and easy to work with, as well as incredibly creative and we definitely bounced ideas off each other...so when it came to my own 35th Wedding Anniversary party I could think of no one better. When I contacted Lucy i found she was working in Dallas but she was still willing to help me plan and organise my event in Southern Spain - they girls from the Gallery even flew out to Spain to help me on the day. I couldn't ask for more from them. As always - the party was a hit (they even got the weather perfect - 70 degrees in January!), the girls at The Gallery bring calm to the planning of every event and are a pleasure - organised, timely, professional, full of wonderful ideas, and they also know how to help you budget and keep the costs down - which is definitely a bonus. I was even pleased to see Lucy hadn't lost her English accent! I cant wait to have my next Anniversary party planned by The Gallery - thank you Lucy, Jessica & Silvia :-)
