The Bridal Garden was a cute boutique in Kirkland. I met the best seamstress through them, Karen. She was who I directly worked with once my dress was ordered. The Bridal Garden changed locations twice during which I was planning my wedding and no one told me they had moved. And when they moved their hours were very limited and it was hard to get a hold of anyone. This was very frustrating. Their saving grace was the seamstress, Karen, who was beyond helpful and pleasant.

The dress was beautiful and as ordered, the shop's service and responsiveness needs serious attention though. Calls were often not returned for 2 days or longer. We ordered a bustier in my daughter's size and it never did arrive so they gave us two others that they thought might work, one of which did, 2 days before the wedding. The veil was ordered and we were told it would be ready in a week and it actually took almost 3, so we weren't able to have it until 2 days before the wedding.

I ordered my dress over a year before my wedding and within a few months of ordering it this shop changed owners without letting me know. Due to the change it took much longer then it should have for my dress to arrive, this is because the first owner took the money and didn't complete the order. The new owner could have easily left me without a dress, but she didn't. She got ahold of my dress and got it to the shop for me. The ladies that work at the bridal garden are great, and were consistent through the management change, which really helped me to feel better about them changing hands. The new owner is trying to make many changes and improvements to the shop, yet still offers and sells some of the most amazing dresses I have seen. Their dresses range from traditional to modern and each one has some element that makes it especially special and unique. I really liked the shop. The alterations lady that they work with is amazing! She did a wonderful job, knows what she is doing and does it really well. I definitely recommend working with Tami!

I bought a custom made wedding dress from Birnbaum & Bullock, The designer was even there and did my measurement personally. I loved the idea that the dress was going to be sewn just fo rme made to fit my body. The shop really sold me on that and I thought it was so worth the extra cost. When I picked up my dress it was HORRIBLE! First the dress was a month late... and when I got the dress It was HUGE... the shop told me I lost too much weight... What? I hadn't lost 100 pounds and gave birth to twins... yes it was that HUGE! Plus it was way too long I had my wedding shoe on when I was measured and no I hadn't shunk 3 inches.

When I asked for my orginal measurements so we could see if I really shrunk 3 inches and droped 10 dress sizes the store "didn't have them on file". Yeah right... Next they told me that is pretty much how those dress come in and that Birnbaum & Bullock never are really made to fit. I said why didn't any one tell me that Birnbaum & Bullock are a hoax and that it will be just like buying on off the rack dress? I could have save a lot of money since I ended up having to pay so much to the dress to be taken part and redone? The sales girl said opps... pretty much..

I had to spend another 600 to get my custom made to fit dress to fit my body... sorry but Birnbaum & Bullock and the bridal garden will sell you up on the custom bit but it's scam they aren't made to fit and you will still need to spend a lot to get it to fit.. they shop should have told me that.

I absolutely loved my gown that I got from Bridal Garden. It was beautiful, and I felt like I got it for a reasonable price, especially because it was tax free when shipped across state lines (plus $65 shipping fee). They have a great seamstress who comes to the shop to do alterations. All in all, I had a good experience here and would recommend it if you're looking for something nicer than David's Bridal, but also don't want to go to some of the snootier shops in the Seattle area.

I purchased all of my attire here (dress, shoes, jewelry, hair piece, veil) and was largely very satisfied. For some reason a bustier I had ordered never arrived and I ended up having to go without on my wedding day. I feel that this effected the fit of my dress. Also, I was told in the beginning that the sample dress I purchased could easily be modified to be strapless - this didn't end up being the case. I had issues with the fit of the dress on the actual wedding day. I think these are issues that can be hard to predict although I wish I'd spoken with a seamstress regarding the strapless issue before purchasing the dress. Other than that, I had a great experience at the Bridal Garden and would not hesitate to recommend this store to other brides. The shop is small and intimate and has an amazing selection of designer gowns and vintage jewelry.

I got the most beautiful dress from the Bridal Garden. Everyone there was so kind, and very helpful. I had my dress altered there too - they did an amazing job. My dress was spendy, but I loved it.

I bought some of the reception jewelry, bachelorett shirt, and reception shoes at this shop. Since we were doing a destination wedding overseas with a Seattle reception, I did not buy the dress here due to lack of destination wedding dresses.

I loved all their dresses. I got mine on the sale rack and saved a lot of money that way.

The Bridal Garden was such a magical experience. The store is so warm and welcoming. Their personal touches and detail really made me feel like they paid attention to me (you get a thank you note after you visit). The service is outstanding and friendly and it just makes you want to get your picture on their wall! They have high quality dresses and if you know your budget is for nicer quality (sorry no David Bridal!) you can find a dress that will make your heart melt. They are very professional and know their stuff! The relationship with the deisgner of my dress was very important and made it easier for them to work with my preferences. As a bride you have to know your stuff too though...their FAQ part on the web-site is helpful. Like go early enough before your wedding for one, and be open-minded. I told myself I wouldn't get a strapless, and that's what I ended up getting and I loved it.

I could not have asked for a better bridal store. After months of deciding which dress, finally less than 1 year before the wedding, I chose THE dress, and made a few changes. The store was very helpful and even suggested for the designer to visit the store to make sure we knew which changes could be made to the dress. At the end we made a few changes to the dress and made it unique. The designer only had a few months to make the dress, and it turned out beautiful.
