Nikki with A Tale of Two Truffles is truly an amazing artist! Since we were having a small beach wedding, she suggested a beach theme and came up with the most beautiful design for our smaller cake including bubbles up the side and various chocolate edible shells. The cake itself was delicious; we choose a top layer of blackberry mousse with fresh blackberries and bottom layer of fresh strawberries & whipped cream... very summertime!
