Sibby's was awesome to work with through multiple rounds of figuring out flavors, decorations, quantity, and delivery options. And the cupcakes tasted amazing!

First, the cupcakes speak for themselves! They are amazing! And they are never dry or bland like traditional wedding cakes are. Second, Sibby's was great to work with. My now husband was in the military, so they gave us two tastings, one with my parents so we could make a decisions and move forward with planning and another with my husband when he got back from deployment, so he could be a part of it. Also, the timing of my wedding was odd and Sibby's was completely flexible. They delivered the cupcakes later than normal since they needed to be set up during after our cocktail hour and during our dinner. When I asked about this, they never hesitated and were happy to help me out. I love their cupcakes and them so much that we order from there all the time for all different occasions.

We opted for mini cupcakes as our wedding dessert instead of traditional wedding cake, and after sampling from a few shops around the Peninsula and South Bay, the no brainer decision was Sibby's. Mitzi was amazing, sweet, and helpful, and responded to emails so promptly!

We also interacted with a few other members of the Sibby's staff - everyone was helpful and ready to give answers and advice about how many cupcakes to order for our guests (no inflated estimates just because we were ordering for a wedding) whether to buy or rent stands, and what decorations to go with. We did 13 dozen minis for our 100-guest wedding, plus a jumbo cupcake with special decoration for us to cut. Each flavor was fantastic, and everyone raved about how delicious the cupcakes were and how much fun it was to try the different kinds! Even after sitting out on the tables for an hour and a half (the cupcakes doubled as our table centerpieces) they were moist, and the frosting hadn't developed any crust.

What really kicked the experience up to five stars was the way they handled our last-minute special request without batting an eye. A week before our wedding, we realized we would need an extra dozen gluten-free mini cupcakes. I called Mitzi in a panic, and she said "no problem!" They added them to our order (amazingly, the gluten-free cupcakes are the same price as the regular ones) and packaged them in a special separate box to avoid cross-contamination. And according to our GF guests, they were delicious! We'll be going to San Mateo for any cupcake needs from now on.

We had cupcakes and pies for our wedding, and Sibby's provided the cupcakes. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and responsible. They custom decorated our cupcakes at no extra charge. And the cupcakes are delicious!

Mitzi at Sibby's Cupcakery was awesome. She worked with me to design custom decorations, and was willing to make changes up to the week before the wedding. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS (we had 400 and only 10 were left at the end of the night), and the did a beautiful display for us. They are definitely not the cheapest vendor, but we tried 4 different places and Sibby's was definitely the best.
