Founded by Oakland native Chef Eva Allen, a professional pastry arts graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Full Belly Bakery was born from a simple belief: cake should be built on flavor, not just sweetness. Every wedding cake we create is made from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients, finished with silky Italian meringue buttercream and modern design details that make a statement on any dessert table.
Our rotating seasonal flavors offer a modern twist on the traditional, from beloved classics like Triple Chocolate and S’mores to standouts like Coconut Passion Fruit and Graham Cracker Key Lime.
